Smoothly. We felt comfortable and not at all pressured in the sales department. This was a special order item, it came in at about the time they said it would. They referred us to an electrician who put in the outlet we needed for the Washlet. I've always been pleased by the help I get when shopping for hardware at this store.
Description of Work: We were shopping for a Toto Washlet (a bidet toilet seat). The salesperson took us through alternatives, provided advice, and, without our haggling, came up with a price $100 less than the best price we could find on the internet.
