They did a very good job overall. Probably one of the better carpet cleaners we've used. Cleaned four rooms and a hallway. Animals are rough on our carpet, yet A+ did an excellent job.

Kevin did a great job! The carpets looked so much better and even got out a stain that had been present for a few years and other companies had not been able to get out! The closet was so much fresher too. The only thing I hadn't realized was that they do not help move the larger furniture around for you so you have to move it beforehand yourself.

Super fast and professional. They contacted me to confirm that it was okay to show up early, and I agreed. They showed up early, and did a fantastic job of explaining the process and letting me know what they needed. I ran some errands while they did the cleaning, and they actually finished slightly ahead of time. Waited for me to return, and did a great job of explaining what they did, what actions I should do and what I should expect post clean. I would absolutely hire them again.

Both times they came out the results were very good. During the whole process, they were very punctual and professional with communication and came out exactly when they were scheduled to do so. They also noted that we needed new air filters and left the old one out for us to buy new ones to replace. Excellent service all round.

Mike and his assistant worked their tails off, and I wish I had taken before/after photos. The change is amazing. They were able to remove stains that previous cleaners hadn't been able to fix. My 12-year old Berber carpet is presentable again, and even better, we won't have to replace it before we put the house on the market next week. Use this company, you won't regret it.

Good companies generally do things well. Great companies recognize when they drop the ball that they need to fix it and do so without prompting or complaint. A+ demonstrated that they are a great company. We had a slight communication problem that was on both parties. They recognized their role which was nominal and they volunteered to correct it without us asking and it had nothing to do with the quality of work and just a small communication miscue (as mentioned by both parties). They stepped right up and earned my highest respect. A measure of a really good company that cares!
