The entire experience, from scheduling the appointment to the cleaning itself, went easily and smoothly. Tiki is an immensely personable, helpful person; I was impressed with the ease of the scheduling process. And Daniel, the technician, showed up right on time. He too was friendly and personable....a professional in every way. My carpets look terrific, and I'll definitely use A+ again. Highly recommend, folks!

A+ Carpet Cleaning did an awesome job cleaning the carpets in our home! I was contacted right after making a request for cleaning by Tiki who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin, the tech performing the cleaning was very thorough and professional. He explained the process for me and was very flexible with working around our dog. He showed up on time and called me before hand to let me know when he’d be arriving. The final product looked great, would definitely rehire them!

Excellent! From start to finish A+ Carpet Cleaning was a great company to work with. Tiki was very knowledgable and professional while giving me an estimate and answering my questions. She scheduled our cleaning and sent us a reminder message. Kevin and Hunter called when they were on their way and sent me a text when they got caught in traffic. They were professional, hardworking and pleasant to work with. Our carpets look amazing. They were able to get out all of the pet stains and carefully cleaned our carpets and 2 flights of stairs. The area rug came out great and our ducts look nice and clean. My dryer now works much better after Kevin cleaned the vent and figured out a way to unkink the hose. He also shared something he noticed about our vents for us to check. Tiki then followed up the next day to make sure we were happy and that the carpets were drying OK. I would recommend A+ Carpet Cleaning without reservation.

Very pleased. Would definitely hire again. Requested quote through the Angie's List portal and wrote and spoke with Tiki. Kevin, the tech, was amazing. He did a BEAUTIFUL job, was personable and considerate. Tiki had given an estimate, based on my descriptions, and Kevin fine-tuned it when he came. They were very, very close and price was reasonable and competitive. The carpets look beautiful! Happy to have found this company and we highly recommend!

Mike and his assistant got started right away upon arrival and had our 9 carpet areas completed within 2 hours. Minimal disruption experienced as I busied myself with other tasks. The carpets looked great and dried within 36 hours with the help of a couple of fans. This was my 3 rd experience with this service and all have been excellent.

First time I have used this company and I was very impressed. Cleaned my living room, master bedroom, office, and hallway carpet. All stains were removed and none have come back. Carpet dried quickly. I really appreciated the follow up message the day after the cleaning to make sure everything was ok. Great job and will definitely use again.

Tiki was great to deal with and one of their sons helped me unload. The turn-around time, ~1 week if I recall correctly, was quick and the results were beautiful. What a great local business to deal with!

I had given up on my carpets. I had hired other companies and have never been thrilled with the result. Stains would "reappear" after drying, or didn't come out at all. My carpets are not that old, but light in color, so show everything. I decided to give it one more chance before accepting the fact that I had to replace my flooring. A+ was great!!! They got out all the stains AND none of the stains "reappeared". Weeks later, friends commented about how clean my carpets were. I'm thrilled with my results! I will use A+ again!

Very well. The estimate was spot on. The provider called when he left the office, gave an estimated arrival time, and was on time (actually a little early). He was friendly, efficient and competent. The carpets looking great. I will definitely stick with and recommend this very professional company. Their pricing was very reasonable.

Overall, happy with the result. They cleaned five rooms and the connecting hallway. There was one room with some extensive damage from our geriatric cat who had gone mostly blind and often ignored her catbox. The A+ Carpets owner himself came out to do the treatment, since he had special training and experience in the use of some powerful odor-killing chemicals in the arsenal of treatments. (We paid extra for cleaning that room, since it was damaged enough to warrant heroics.) He did not promise miracles, since the urine had found its way to the pad underneath the carpet. Indeed, after treatment the odor was not completely gone, so we started making plans to replace that room's carpet. But in the meantime, it was better than before.

they texted to say they were stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late. We so appreciated that. Work was so good and they took time to check things out and recommend what needed to be done. VERY happy with them.

I needed several rooms cleaned plus pet odor removal. I also had a limited time window. Tiki let me know there wasn’t an opening for the week but if anything became available she would let me know. The next day she texted me that there was an opening for the following day. Kevin was awesome. He let me know exactly what could be done and what he’d do. Although not all the pet odor has gone away, I’m super pleased with the results and will probably have them come out in a couple months to try removing more pet odor.

Came when they said they would. Stains on carpet from fog who visited for s few months. Arprts look good now

I called A+ after reading positive reviews because we needed our bedroom carpet cleaned...badly! They were extremely responsive and friendly, and were able to schedule something very quickly. Kevin was detailed about what he would need. Very professional. We received a reminder text prior and when he was on the way. The job itself was great for the condition/age of the carpet. Would definitely hire again - in fact, I am seeing via this review that they do dryer vents and we need that done, too - so they'll be hearing from me again soon!

Carpeting hadn't been cleaned in about 7 years. The stairs were dirty along with several obvious stains. Kevin did an excellent job because the carpeting looked great and the stains were gone. He was professional, efficient, communicative, easy to work with and easy to have in the house. Office was also friendly and communicative. Highly recommend A+.

As the owners of a BIG dog, our carpets were a mess, and we were just days away from our annual holiday party! A+ was able to schedule us right away. Their miracle worker, Kevin, arrived and cleaned our carpets in no time. I was shocked to see the carpets so clean; there were stains and soiling that I had thought would never come out. Even better, Kevin was great with dogs, and our German Shepherd mix became his quick friend! All in all, we received GREAT service from Kevin and A+, and their price was absolutely reasonable given the work that needed to be done. I will hire them again and again, and strongly recommend them to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned.

Not great. Purchased a 3 Room Coupon. In the end, the service provider would only clean two rooms, saying that my 3rd room request would be an extra charge because the other two rooms were so heavily soiled. That's impossible as the two rooms they cleaned were our guest room and movie/rec room - both of which are only used once or twice per month, that we also vacuum on a regular basis. There was a mystery stain where a sofa had been, and the provider was positive it was urine - however, we don't have a pet who had that type of accident. He was so insistent that after a while I was a little offended. Our house is pretty clean, and nice, and also pretty small. We have a 50s house. Additionally, they didn't have to clean complete rooms - only part of the rec room, and part of our guest room...cleaning just around the guest bed and open area. I wanted them to clean our daughter's bedroom carpet where there was one large stain, and that is where they were going to charge extra. I brought up the 3 room coupon I purchased - but he contemplated and that's when he decided the two rooms downstairs were just so heavily soiled he would have to charge extra to actually finish the job and clean part of the 3rd room. They never had to clean one entire room in the first place!!!! There were also scheduling issues on the part of the service provider, and I was super flexible with the timing, taking time off work to be home to wait for them two days in a row - but they made me feel like I was the problem. I wouldn't care about the scheduling so much, but having the fact that the job was so small in the first place and they wouldn't just clean our third room - which was smaller than the others, was disappointing. In the end - they whipped through the job and were out of there in less than 45 minutes. It left me feeling like I wished I would have just sent them away and asked for a refund.

Job went Great!! Started around 11:30AM Finished around 2:30. Approx 3Hrs. Would hire again, they did a great Job. Kevin answer all are questions and there were no problems.

Kevin called and showed up early and did an excellent job on our carpet and sofa. Their pet treatment works wonders. this is the second time I've used them and will definitely recommend them to other people!
