Had appointment times set twice with for estimate for services wit mold remediation Tech. First time the tech neglected to call back to confirm updated time - called to follow-up when no response for two days, they claimed they had emergency calls come in and forgot about calling us back. Rescheduled and confirmed twice for a set time - tech never showed and never called. Called the company back and same excuse was given that another emergency call had come in and they had tried to call - no missed calls or messages on our end despite providing two different cell phone numbers for the company to reach us at. Wouldn't bother with this company unless you want to waste a lot of time and effort for nothing.

At first the service rep was very respectful and courteous. Although they were the only firm to charge $200 for a Saturday estimate, we had them come by on Monday morning and decided to go with this firm due to price and a more simplistic approach. During the initial call and estimate we let them know that we had an online coupon and all they said was to print it out. However, when it was time to do the work we were told that the "fine print" states that the coupon expired in June - although we saw it in, and mentioned it for an August job. From that point I contacted the representative and asked to email him the coupon and negotiate the 10% discount advertised as a courtesy. He never responded. Furthermore, on the final day of the job, he was scheduled to return and pick up equipment. He called and said that he would try to come after 4pm so that there would be time to get there to meet him from the office. About 2pm, he called and said that they were there to pickup the equipment. After questioning why he did not call ahead to say that after 4pm was a problem he began yelling about how he did call and left a message (which later was discovered to be the home phone - although the purpose of calling ahead was because no one was at home; as the earlier calls were made to the cell). Next he tried to say that he would be charging for an additional day for the inconvenience and was extremely rude moving forward. After calling the 800 number to reach a Supervisor, I was told that the office was a west coast office and that the Supervisor would call once she arrived. Not only did she never even call back to see what the problem was; the representative showed up the next day stating that he heard we called to complain about the coupon; blowing off our concerns and being condescending about the whole experience. Worst of all, the carpets and ducts were cleaned a few days later to refresh the house and one of the first things that the carpet/duct representative did was state that there was still leftover mold - yikes!

From the beginning it was a fiasco. First they showed up over 24 hrs. after they said they would - after numerous telephone calls by my daughter & myself. Then before they would even start work they wanted 60% down payment. They did nothing but use their sump pump, WHICH DID NOT REMOVE ALL OF THE WATER, and then the other equipment which was a total waste of time & electricity! This company is unreputable and should not be allowed to be in business! Their representative, Joe, lied to us - he never told the same thing to our daughter, our son-in-law, my husband or myself - and made sure we were separated when he did tell us something. He & his crew only worked about 12 hours in total of a day & a half but charged us a horrendous amount, and like a fool I paid them! It was only after Joe had come for final payment and to pick up the equipment that I found out they did not do all that we paid for! So I contacted them for partial reimbursement, and up until I contacted the Attorney Generals Offices is Oregon & Washington and the Better Business Bureau, they were going to reimburse us for a small portion of the work we overpaid for! But now that I've contacted these agencies to make them aware of this company's practices, they have rescinded on their offer! They gave us a one day discount on the air scrubber, even though they charged us for two days & it was only used for one! This company should not be allowed to be in business! They are Scam Artists and should be shut down. My only hope is that no one else is scammed by them or has to go through what we are going through right now! Today we Inaugurated a New President whose goal is to bring a joining of all to work together. How do you work with a company who is only out for themselves? They are truly un-American!

911 Restoration showed up on a Sunday about an hour after they were called. Communication as to the extent of the damage and expected costs was non-existent. The company also didn't make the slightest effort to minimize downstream costs. For instance they tore bits and pieces of carpet all over the place instead of cutting carpet strips that could have been decontaminated, cleaned, and put back in place. After performing their work, 911 Restoration aggressively tried to get hired as the repair contractor. The person bidding the work was inexperienced and the quote considerably higher than competing quotes. I was shocked at 911 Restoration's bill. Granted, most of the work was performed on a Sunday, but I feel that 3k for about 8 hours of work and running equipment for 3 days is abusive.
