The job went smoothly and quickly. I was provided prompt service and the new water heater was installed the next day for the system I was looking for.

I called them out for a clogged bath drain. Their tech told me a convincing story about how the plumbing was old and unserviceable because of an older style junction. They then had a journeyman come out who did a good job of convincing me of the tech's story. And presented a ~$5,000 estimate to open the wall and run new lines from the upper story. Add to this, the the cost of relocating renters and then patching the drywall. All on a Friday. It had totally escalated! I called a different company and they had it cleared in 20 mins by going through a different fixture that was closer to the clog and more logical to start with. One could just call it an oversight, or incompetence. Or you could wonder if it was an attempted scam to get a bigger job. Not sure I'll ever know. But either way, beware.

They were fast, prompt, and reasonably priced. I couldn't have asked for better service! And this was a Saturday too, I've been charged a big price before to get service done on a Saturday, and these people did not.
