+ 3 moreOnce the permit came through from initial excavation to the final piece of molding any difficulties that came up, and as extensive as this job was there were several, Randy was a complete professional and worked well with any other sub contractors and myself to resolve with our interests the priority. His crew was the major sub contractor on the job and since the re-model became 90% new, he helped me a great deal in coordinating everything from floor to roof with several other subs and always maintained a sense of humor.
Description of Work: We did an extensive re-model of our home with Randy and his crew doing the addition of square footage, conversion of garage to living space, foundation and concrete work, all finish work, and big assistance to me as the general contractor. They spent most of their summer out here to go as fast as they could since we lived in tents during the project. We are as happy 9 years later as when we moved back in and that is in no small part due to what they did for us.

+ -1 moreWe decided not to do the work right now but we might do it in the future. The guy was very friendly and prompt, and he is in the same area as we are so he was here within minutes. He was very helpful and he told me what needed to be fixed; he was thorough and he told me about things that I wasn?t aware of. I thought his quote was a little high but when I got another quote that was similar.

+ 0 moreOUR HOME WAS BUILT IN THE 70'S. OVER THAT LAST FEW YEARS WE'VE BEEN REMODELING . MR. KRUMKIECK HAS DONE MOST OF THE WORK, WHICH WAS AS GREAT AS THE BATHROOM REMODEL. I HAVE BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN CONTRACTORS WORK UNTILL MR. KRUMDIECK. WE ARE ALWAYS REASURED OF HIS PROFESSIONAL ETHICS AND WORKMANSHIP EACH TIME HE WORKS FOR US.
Description of Work: MR KRUMDIECK IS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR. HE GUTTED OUR BATHROOM OUT THEN TOTALY REMODELED IT. WE WERE GONE THE TWO MONTHS TRUSTING HE WOULD DO A GOOD JOB. OUR EXPECTATIONS WERE SURPASSED. WE PICKED OUT MATERIALS BEFORE WE LEFT. IT IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BATHROOM I'VE EVER SEEN. IT IS SMALL BUT AFTER MR. KRUMDIECK WAS FINISHED IT SEEMS BIGGER THAN LIFE.
