The work was scheduled over a month in advance and the two person crew showed up timely as expected. John Jones had shown great patience in telephone conversations and via email in formulating a multi-step plan to address the issue of running low on water in late summer. John had shown the photos I had sent him to the crew before arrival so they knew what to expect on site. The crew got right to work, opened the well and quickly determined there was substantial room to lower the pump. They efficiently went about the process of fabricating a length of pipe and splicing the wires. In short order, the pump was ten feet lower and operating as expected. They patiently cleaned the line filter when it became somewhat plugged by materials they had said are to be expected from this type of process. They advised to monitor that filter for a short period. We are quite hopeful that this simple process solved the problem as the next steps, open the bottom of the well with high pressure air or possibly deepening the well, both involve very large equipment and substantial cost. In the end, the crew was on site just less than two hours, the problem appears it may be solved and the total cost for crew and materials was $265. We couldn’t be more pleased with the efficiency and cost of this service.

10-22-15 The Casey Jones Family of Businesses includes Rainbow Pumps! I called Casey Jones 541-747-2806 about a well problem and they sent out Rainbow Pumps. I was told that two men would come out to change the foot valve the cost would be less that $540. Then they only sent one man. Apparently he didn?t know what he was doing. He did pull the well piping and replaced the bad foot valve. But the foot valve he put in was defective. I got a call that he had done everything he could think of and couldn?t get the pump to prime. (Just as a side note I have more than 50 years of pump and well experience myself with Certifications I just don?t have the equipment to pull the well piping myself) Any way to make a long story short What should have been less that $540 turning into a bill for $2097.66. My Recommendation is Do Not Call The Casey Jones Family of Businesses!

Jim came out and had my problem fixed in no time. I'll definitely use these guys in the future.

They were prompt in my request for a bid and explained the work well. The team was respectful, responsible, and well-organized and performed the work in a professional fashion. The cost came in under bid despite some unexpected problems (rocky ground).
