Called to get an estimate. Finally received a call about two weeks later but I was not at home. Estimator said he would come out the next day but would call before arriving to make sure I was available. I was home, but received no call. He did call the next day and I said I thought you were coming yesterday. He said he got busy. Told him I was now not interested as I had contacted another company to receive an estimate.

I was impressed with their responsiveness. Ennis answered and returned calls promptly. The roofing crew was polite and worked quickly. The new roof looks great. Based on our positive experience we would recommend All-State roofing.

They did the job fast and they did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price. I actually hired them prior to joining Angie's List and was curious to see their listing. They came highly recommended by three others I work with who used their services.

They said they would come look at it today and they came in about 2 hours. They patched the roof very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Ricky didn't mind all my questions and was very thorough. They did a great job, very happy.

All state roofing was prompt, on time, and finished in a timely manner. Every day I came home the debris was cleaned up and the final day, he even hosed off my driveway.

Everything went well. Eddice (owner?) came by the same day I called to ask about a bid for replacing the roof on our 20 year old house and he called back the next day with the bid amount. (This is in contrast to one of the local large roofing firms I called to ask for an estimate and was put on a waiting list (2 weeks) just to make an appointment with an estimator.) The actual work was done about 2 1/2 weeks after I agreed to the price and beat the fall rains. The two person crew that stripped and replaced the roof were hard working and friendly, always answering any questions I had about roof. They cleaned up around the exterior of the house each day before they left for the day. There is a section of steep pitch roof on the house that took more time because of the number of jacks they had to set and remove and reset throughout the job, but the entire project was finished in less than 4 days. Eddice was a little more "casual" than some other contractors I have worked with, but he was prompt, the price was fair, the crew was competent, and the final job looks great.

My roof was over 20 years old, house painters discovered water under lower shingles because initial installation failed to bring shingles all the way down to the edge. I called Eddie and got estimate the job was deferred until paint completed but was then accomplished timely. Ricky and his helper worked hard, kept me informed and ultimately left my property clean. They discovered two cracked vents and water damage emanating from the skylight. Ricky found the problem, showed me the problem area and fixed it. Overall a good experience.

Talked a longer amount of time than the service performed. I asked for and paid for additional service; moss treatment on the roof. Some areas of the roof needing treatment were missed. A powder was used to address moss on the overlapping edge shingles. It did not work.

They did a really good job. They went around with a magnet thing and picked up all of the nails. They were very thorough. The price was really good; it was the best that we had found. I would use them again.

Everything was positive but they are a little slow on getting back.

Prompt response to inquiry & good information of need. Very organized & efficient workmen did their thing w/o interfering w/my activities. Extra early one morning (before 8am) but otherwise great. even worked 8:30-5:30 first day to beat the rain. Very pleased overall!

My dealings with this company were positive from the first contact: I got a prompt return call when I left a message asking for a bid and the owner arrived when he said he would to give a bid. He was very professional and his bid was the best as far as price goes. Since price isn't the only factor to consider when choosing a roofer, I was very pleased that my choice of roofers was confirmed as a good decision when the manager at the roofing material company where I went to pick out the shingles, volunteered that we had chosen one of the best roofers around. I had a few questions prior to the work starting and I always received a prompt response. The work started on the scheduled day. They were on the job early, worked very hard all day, were pleasant to be around and cleaned up after themselves so well each night before leaving that you would not know they had been here. And the roof looks great! I would highly recommend All-State Roofing Contractors!
