Thompson Billy Floor Covering

Billy Thompson and his two assistants, Chris and Chuck, are an extraordinary team of hard-working, conscientious men. They were sent to us by the carpet dealer to replace defective carpet we had purchased a year ago and we could not have been more pleased with the work they did. They were responsible for moving heavy furniture, removing the original carpet, installing the new carpet and replacing the pieces of furniture back where they belonged. A year ago we completely remodeled our home and we were concerned about protecting both our furniture and the relatively new paint on the walls and trim in the house. Billy and his team were exceptionally respectful of our belongings and our home (and us!) and took the utmost care to prevent any damage as they moved furniture and replaced carpet. They worked for two full days on this project with no complaints, even when having to move extremely heavy furniture through tight spaces. The seams on the carpet are truly invisible and the details on the challenging parts of the stairway look beautiful. These men were always here when they said they would be and did what they said they would do in a very professional manner. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.
