Turn your garden into a beautiful and easily maintained oasis. If you select Carol's Colors to assist in the design and installation of your landscape, we will leave you with a personal paradise installed efficiently using technically sound construction practices. You'll also be given an understanding of your irrigation system. We'll program the water controller and affix written directions inside the casing. The cheat sheet will explain shut-off locations, winterization procedure, and contain a zoning legend. Your garden will thrive while you relax and enjoy it.

She made an appointment, was going to come out and look. Suddenly changed her mind, said something about being too busy, and just didn't come. It wasn't very professional at all and a complete waste of my time.

APRIL 17, 2017, I called, explained the problem, and they said Steve would be out to assess the situation. However, the soonest anyone could come was MAY 24. Set up the appointment anyway. And waited. And hand-watered. May 17 I called to confirm the appointment, May 24 Steve came out, adjusted some wires so it worked momentarily but did not "fix" it. Then he left. June 13 [today] We have never heard from him/them again. They never even billed us for the visit.... which, in hind sight, is a good thing! So, "service" performed but no money requested or paid. The office phone person was pleasant, Steve came when they said he would. Otherwise, nothing good happened.
Description of Work: Needed assessment of why sprinkler system was not working and then get it fixed.

[Member Name Removed], I am sorry you are so unhappy. I wish you would have called us so we could clear up this miscommunication. Our understanding is that you wanted an estimate to fix your irrigation system. Steve came out and spent about a half hour looking at your system so that he could give you that estimate. While he was there he talked to [Member Name Removed] (who you had told us to talk to while we were there) and explained that the valves and wiring were bad and would need to be replaced and that he would send a proposal to repair your system to you. We are preparing our proposals in the order we receive the requests for them. The proposal should be ready to send to you by June 23. We do not charge for the time we spend investigating for the preparation of a proposal. So you will not be receiving a bill for the time Steve was at your property.

Johnny came on time and completed everything we asked and after cleanup the grounds looked better than they. did when he got there. He even took some yard waste that was already there to the dump. We were very pleased with his professionalism.

It went very well and we are happy with the repairs. They showed up on time and corrected the problem, planted some replacement plants and hooked up the irrigation lines. When they hooked up the water line, they hooked it up to the wrong valve but my gardner got it corrected.
Description of Work: We live in a home on Roxy Ann and had a landscaping retaining wall sag. While it was not structural, we wanted it repaired professionally as it was installed originally incorrectly and causing problems with our concrete driveway. Penny came out and saw what the problem was and explained how to repair it. Her price quote was substantially higher than the other two bids but we decided to use them as quality of work was very important.
