Couldn't Have been any better

Mike was here when he said he would be ,was done before i expected, they don't make them like this anymore, a true master mechanic.

The service provider was punctual. Finished the job in good time. He was polite, and did a good job.

I called for an estimate. Mike is very friendly, thorough, and professional. His quote for labor is much more affordable than any other auto shop. He can order parts if you need them or you can indicate that you will be bringing parts for him to install (and he recommends places to buy good, inexpensive parts). He has a very flexible schedule, without a long wait, and is able to come to you or you come to him at his personal shop. His shop is a little hard to find if you don't know Philomath or have a GPS. but he gave great directions. He calls the morning of the scheduled appointment to confirm which is a great reminder. He is very knowledgeable of the work to be done, does research in advance, and is equipped with lots of tools. Best part is being able to watch the work while it is done and he talks you through the entire process and answers questions, so It was like getting a lesson in auto mechanics. I learned a lot and my car runs great again! His estimated time to finish the job was right on and even performed some complimentary services. It was a pleasure doing business with him start to finish. I plan on going to him for all future automotive needs and I highly recommend his work to anyone!
