Everything when smoothly except one of the assistance forgot to connect battery charger. Electrician came back out a few weeks later once I noticed the battery was not charged and fixed it , no additional change.

Great. On time and easy to work with.

My and quot;amount spentand quot; is a guess, as I don't remember and don't want to dig out paperwork this minute. However, I had expected the bill to be more and opened the envelope with trepidation (but was pleasantly surprised). The original call was for a circuit breaker issue that was affecting the stove/oven in the kitchen. I waited a week for the first opening, which was too long (but similar to other companies I had called). When the electrician arrived, on time exactly as scheduled, he was a bit chagrined that I had had to wait so long made it sound as if he might have been able to come sooner if he had known that we weren't eating (exaggeration). While he was here, we asked him for estimates for two other (nonessential jobs). He gave those to us verbally, taking photographs for his records, etc. He was very patient with us and explained things for non-electrician ears. We recently have asked for those same quotes in a more formal manner, as we fully intend to have Solid Ground back to do the work.

Very happy with the service on the phone and in person. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. The estimate for the job was approximately what I expected and the final bill was a few dollars less. They did all of the coordination with the power company. I was very happy overall and I would definitely recommend them to a friend and use them again in the future.

Its not their fault but they must come from quite far away and we usually have to wait until someone else in the area is also requiring a service to get them scheduled. The fellow who comes is very nice and very professional but it is expensive since they must travel. We would prefer to have a regular, perhaps quarterly, check in with them to make sure the generator is in tip top shape but once the installation was complete they respond only to problem calls.

No complaints. While he arrived about 10 minutes after the scheduled window, I work from home and this wasn't a problem. The overall visit took about 30 minutes.

They were incredibly responsive from the first phone call I made to them. They came out on an agreed upon day, and wrote an estimate up for me that day, which they then emailed to me. Today, the workman was here when he said he would be, and it didn't take him hardly any time at all. Very nice, very professional. The work looks great, the plugs work just fine, and I'm very happy!

It went very well. They took care of the problem quickly. They were waiting for me when I showed up. I have used them several times.

My only complaint would be that I wasn't informed when I made my appointment that I would be charged for travel time to and from. Aside from that, the electrician was prompt, courteous, and competent.

All work done as requested, even when having to fit into tight crawl spaces to complete.

The only thing I didn’t like about them is that the first time I had them out, they didn’t tell me that they had a first hour charge that is quite a bit more than the hourly charge. They took care of it that time after I called them and they haven’t charged me for it every time I’ve had them out since. The second guy I had out was very quick and no nonsense which is good because they charge by the hour.

Installers where really friendly and they did exactly what I wanted.

The two electricians arrived on-time and went right to work. No nonsense, professional workers. The job took two hours plus travel time. I already have another wiring job in mind and will go directly to Solid Ground.

I got a quote, they were mid-range in price, and set a time for the job. They came right on time, had the right equipment to get up to our very high ceiling and did a great job. I'd use them again without hesitation.

They showed up a little late but they called and let us know they were behind schedule. The main job was done quickly and professionally. The original electrician wasn't able to do the well re-wiring as it was too complex for him. The second electrician didn't come with the correct part, which was my fault. I'm an electrical engineer and I told him he would need a DPDT switch but I wasn't thinking about the power being two phase so they needed either a QPDT switch (which are very rare) or a DPDT and a DPST switch. That is all fine but since then, they have sent two more electricians without the correct switch. Fortunately they have only billed me for more than the breaker panel and outlets. Update: I got the final bill, it didn't include the well switch hardware but they haven't scheduled an appt. for installing it. That was the main reason for the project. They won't be doing my barn as I stated before.
