Description of Work: TIM MAINTAINS OUR HEAVILY WOODED HOME, SHRUBBERY AND LAWN. HE REPLACES PLANTS WHEN REQUIRED, TRIMS TO KEEP EVERYTHING NEET, REMOVES LEAVES IN THE FALL, FIXES THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM EVERY SUMMER, DRAINS IT EVERY WINTER. HE ALSO MAINTAINS OUR COMMERCIAL BUILDING WHERE HE INSTALLED A NICE FOUNTAIN, MAINTAINS THE PARKING LOT AND CONTROLS MOSS AND WEEDS.

Description of Work: Provides estimate in approximate detail...could use help in developing better bid..but that is not so major. Tim and Phil excavated the railroad ties which had been holding the retaining wall up for 25 years or so and hauled everything away, then rebuilt the wall. It was a concret retaining wall complete with draining system, rebar reinforcement and gravel backfil with soil to keep water from running into neighbors yard. The yard up against the wall was mostly clay and they did an excellent job of preventing any collapsing of the clay so as to avoid loosing part of our garden area. They worked with our neighbors to ensure a positive experience and amended whatever damage was caused in the process of the excavation, building the wall and fence. All work was excellent and precise. The fence is even and built to exacting standards (without being asked to). Overall, these are two hard working men who did backbreaking work with the minimal disruption of neighbors and work area. The only reason I downgraded them on punctuality was that these men had other maintenance jobs which interferred with the work on our yard, so therefore, they weren't always at work on time. But this was not a major inconvenience. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: He rerounted our irrigation system and is currently in the middle of a huge landscaping project with us.
