Great! i now know how to restart my pumps and much more about the system than i did before. He also was gracious and did not make me feel like an idiot.
Description of Work: Pump shut down and could not get it started. Dan came out and showed me how to solve the problem myself and evaluated our system.

He replaced the compositor on the pump rather than a full replacement. It went great! It went very quickly and he was very easy to work with.
Description of Work: He checked my water pump due to it blowing breakers.

He is my main pump man when I have problems with the pump. I've been using him off and on for about 10 years. He is very responsive and very professional. During that deep freeze, when the weather was so cold he helped and gave me advice on how to keep that pump from freezing up so we got water to the house. If I call him, he always gets back to me the same day. He may not be able to come out the same day, but he always responds within 24 hours when I give him a call. He is pretty much a one man operation.
Description of Work: We last used him when we had that big freeze and the pump froze up. He got the pump running and helped me put the pipe back on the overflow.
