It went quite smoothly -- with John Morgan keeping us updated on all aspects. He is very professional and does the work as though it were his own home. He informs of any problems or concerns - in an honest open manner. I think he is very trustworthy.

We worked with John before purchasing our house when he provided a walk-through addressing issues he noticed as well as answered concerns we had about possible problem areas or needed repairs. He created a detailed estimate of repair supplies, methods, and costs as the result of our walk-through which helped us continue with negotiations to buy the house. He was able to meet us the very next day after the first phone call, and incidentally - this sort of responsiveness was always the case. After we purchased the home and received recommendations from a p & d report, he provided an estimate of required repairs not to exceed the stated amount. John scheduled his crew's work to begin as soon as we were in the house - an immediate response! They worked thoroughly on all of the repairs and even included additional necessary rescue repairs as they were discovered. He and his crew kept me informed all along the way, answered any questions I had on the spot, were conscientious of my small children and their work area, and they made sure everything was performed to or above expectation. They left us with information about repairs so that future attention (maintenance or additional repair) would not encounter any mysterious findings. In the end, the cost did not exceed the estimate, and we will continue to call on John for big and small projects - without hesitation.
