concrete repair
+ -1 moreThe initial repair and repaint work performed was on schedule. It looked nice, and was as expected. However, within the first 2 weeks, after the first rain fell, the paint began to chip and peel and separate from the mortar underneath. Numerous calls to West Coast did not result in the required repair and rework that they guaranteed during their bid and installation process. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO PERFORM ANY WORK AT YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS!!
Description of Work: I hired West Coast to repair and repaint the concrete outside of the lobby at the Rodeway Inn in Pendleton, Oregon. This included removing any damaged old paint and mortar, replace with appropriate mortar for area, and repaint the selected color.
