Description of Work: Westermann Heat & Cool is another that I have used. They did the servicing of our furnaces as well as heating and cooling systems. My last contact was for a heating or cooling problem at our church. It was with the air conditioner not working properly.

+ -1 moreHe is a local guy, and he is a one man operation. I have had to call him a couple times. I once called him on Thanksgiving eve when our furnace went out, and he came out that night and changed it. I have known him for a long time and we have used him for many years.
Description of Work: I use Mark Westermann of Westermann Heating and Cooling. He has been servicing our furnace for years, and we had to have our furnace replaced, so he made arrangements to have that done. He doesn't supply big furnaces, but he helped the guy he got to come out. He has done our air conditioning and heating maintenance for years. He last came out to service the furnace, and change the filter. He just did an annual maintenance.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE FURNACE. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM VERY CLEARLY AND THEN FIXED IT. HE RAN THE SYSTEM SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE IT WAS FIXED. HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE IT WAS STILL WORKING PROPERLY. GREAT FOLLOW UP!
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE FURNACE AND HEAT PUMP. THE FURNACE WOULD COME ON AND THEN START BLOWING COLD AIR AFTER ONE CYCLE.
