While the work performed was satisfactory, they left a huge mess for me to clean up. The brand new installed windows were filthy by the time the workers were done. When I called the office to complain I was told ''We do not clean the windows''. It was wet and rainy when the installation was done and there were muddy hand prints and caulking left on the windows. The workers also set some of the new (wet)windows under where they were sawing so they were covered with sawdust. There was sawdust and aluminum shavings left everywhere along with the tops of the caulking tubes and screws, etc for me to clean up. After complaining to the installer he did take $100.00 off my bill, but I spent a whole day outside with the shop vac cleaning up after them. The workers also left the french fries they spilled from lunch on my front porch. I would not recommend this company. I recently has 6 large fir trees taken out and those workers did not leave this big of a mess! Lisa Johnson

They sent an estimate, but never followed up on calls to arrange service.

THE GENTLEMAN FROM THE COMPANY WAS VERY NICE AND WORKED VERY FAST. HE CAME IN AND TOOK THE OLD SCREEN OFF AND REPLACED IT WITH THE NEW ONE. VERY EFFICIENT, AND RIGHT ON TIME.

VALLEY WINDOW EMPLOYEES ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. ALL QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED AND NOTHING WAS LEFT UNANSWERED. IF I EVER HAVE A CHANCE TO WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO DO SO.

VALLEY WINDOW EMPLOYEES RESPONDED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY TO OUR NEEDS. THEY UNDERSTOOD THE NEED FOR PROMPTNESS AND DELIVERED TO OUR SATISFACTION. IF WE EVER NEED THEIR SERVICES, AGAIN WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE VALLEY WINDOW AGAIN.
