Tracy’s Sweeping & Paving LLC

We live on a flag lot property. Our house is located directly behind our neighbor’s house. Our driveway feeds both our neighbor’s house and ours. Therefore, I looked for a contractor who could perform the work and also who could work well with me and my neighbor. The front portion of the driveway was badly cracked and eroded. This portion of the driveway served both our house and our neighbor’s house. Contractor removed the asphalt on this portion, compacted and releveled the driveway where necessary. Then new asphalt and one layer of seal coating was applied. We live in a forested area. We had lots of tree roots which needed to be exposed, evaluated and removed where necessary. The back portion of our driveway is the area that feeds just our house, and it was this area that we had 2 coats of seal coating applied. Contractor showed up on time, communicated well with my neighbor and he and his employees handled themselves at all times in a professional manner. The work was performed on time and on budget. Troy Tracey, the owner of Tracey’s Sweeping and Paving LLC. has been in business under this name for about 8 years. He has been in the sweeping and paving business over 20 years. He is very knowledgable and very experienced. We and our neighbors were very pleased with the finished driveway.

Everything that he said he would do he accomplished.

It went great. They did an excellent job, and provided a good value. These guys are not flakes like a number of other asphalt companies you may have experienced.
