+ -1 moreMark Wilson came out from Top Notch Home Inspection and did a very complete and professional inspection of the house at 318 SE 75th Av. in Portland. It was the second inspection and was far superior to the first. I was happy to find out sooner, rather than later, that the house would have to have major construction. Mark Wilson was serious and polite. I would recommend him and his company.
