Andy Busch was friendly, personable, helpful and accommodating, without being pushy--a great combination for a furniture salesperson! Andy is the son of founding proprietor, Tom Busch and the family has a long and well-respected reputation in historic downtown Oregon City. Their selection of furniture is good, their prices are competitive, and their service is outstanding. We wanted a new couch and found several we liked on a special sale at Busch Furniture, but with months of remodeling to go before we were ready, we put off the purchase. Andy was very helpful to us in comparing the features of various choices, and followed up our visit with a friendly no-pressure phone call. When we were finally ready to purchase several months later, the sale was long gone, but Andy still gave us a significant reduction in price since we were purchasing several items, and offered no-interest financing and deferred delivery while we waited for remodeling to be complete. Great service!
