We purchased overhead storage and installation from Ideal Garage Solutions in 2006. They advertise that if you move they will help you move your storage system to your new house. Prior to Thanksgiving (2012) we called to ask about moving from our old home to our new home in the Portland Metro area. We were told "Our Installer will call you". No installer called. We have called two times since Thanksgiving and no one will even return our calls! Since we can not reach them to even provide an estimate for moving the racks, we will likely have to leave them behind at the house we have moved from (which should have new owners soon). This is has been frustrating to not even receive a return phone call!

Mr. Bailey came and installed the Ceiling Units that we had brought with us and the additional ones that we requested.
