If you need a garbage disposal installed then by all means use David (fyi there are no other employees). However, I paid $150 an hour for David to learn how to install shower hardware/plumbing and toilets in four bathrooms as he has ZERO knowledge of anything outside of your run of the mill Home Depot Kohler or Moen fixtures. Several times I had the saleslady from the hardware store on the phone with David explaining how the pieces went together. In the end I had to finally find another plumber as he was just eating up time at $150 and hour. Oh, and yesterday the new plumber discovered that he installed one of the toilets incorrectly and it leaked and warped the wood floors. I emailed this to David who of course said it could never have been his fault. AVOID

Dave & his team are great. Rates are deeply competitive, Dave is so kind and easy to work with. He communicates clearly about the issues at hand and trade offs. Our project was supposed to be a simple tub swap and put in a snap-in surround (that I ordered). When the surround didn’t fit and it became a tile job, Dave was able to be flexible on the timeline, help us source drywall and tile help, and schedule additional work when he came back, to add a new toilet. He’s a good dude doing honest work & I'd work with him again anytime.

This was in a terrible location between a wall and sink. Most plumbers I've hired would have taken a look and refused the job. Dave spent a very difficult hour to get it done, and done well. He then gave me the senior discount on the price. Unbelievable. Give this gentleman your work and be pleased with the results.

Signature plumbing is BY FAR the best plumbing company out there and they now have a customer for life!. I contacted Dave last month about a master bath remodel and was blown away by the entire experience. Before hiring anyone I look for four specific things; are they on time, are they good communicators, and (as a woman) do I feel comfortable with them being in my house if I was home alone and do they talk to me like a competent human being. Right off the bat they checked all 4 boxes. In addition they were great at explaining what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, what they do and don't recommend, building codes (what needed to be done to be up to code), and explaining things multiple times if I didn't understand something. They worked hard, they worked efficiently, they kept me in the loop about everything that was going on and how much progress they made, they cleaned up after themselves each day and never left a mess which I very much appreciate. The remodel took about 2 days, everything went smoothly until the very end when we found out the existing piping material running all throughout our house was pretty much at the end of the road. Dave explained our options and I never felt pressured to redo this monstrous, unexpected, task at the current time. He very clearly told us the options we had and left the decision up to us. We decided to go with the whole house re-pipe and can now rest assure knowing we wont have any issues like that for the rest of the time we own this house. Dave worked with us on pricing and gave us a VERY competitive price. I wasn't even mad about the extra sizeable expense because Dave, Ric and Greg are such great guys and do such quality work. I was one of those people that used to cut corners and take the cheap way out but found over the years, in the end, just find a quality company and do the job right. Signature plumbing will do the job right every single time and they are a small family owned business who really care about their customers. Don't hesitate to give them a call, I promise you won't regret it!

This company re-piped our whole home a year ago and we were just extremely happy with their professionalism and customer service. I trust this company so much now I don't even seek out other bids. This company was professional, efficient and friendly. They were considerate of our house and COVID safety precautions. Not only that, they actually did the job in less time than expected and discounted the original bid. You can rest assured that they will complete the project as agreed and won't go over bid unless its absolutely necessary. I would hire them again without hesitation.

This was the second company to come out to bid our plumbing problem. They were professional, on time, knowledgeable about local water district rules, and super helpful. We were prepared to spend over $700 to address our issue based on another bid. Signature conducted some pressure testing and looked at the faucet with the biggest problem. They quickly identified a likely cause and explained how we could fix it ourselves, as well as how to increase our pressure at the main line... with no charge! We followed their advice and problem solved! Saved us over $700!!! Really appreciate the integrity of a business that's willing to tell you how to easily fix your problem when there's nothing in it for them. Signature Plumbing definitely earned my business.

Signature Plumbing more than filled the bill of professionalism and high quality work. This is a small shop. But the owner and employees all work together efficiently and in harmony. David and his crew were able to work us in and get a new water line installed in two days when everyone else was quoting a week out or more. Very satisfied with the complete explanations of the work to be done and any concerns or issues that arose. Took care to keep things clean as possible and made a neat installation. No surprises in billing, either.

Dave and trusty sidekick, Rick, did a fantastic job and at very reasonable rates. They came to the house to provide an estimate and gave us a detailed explanation of how they would address the various issues - especially the restricted hot water line in the kitchen. We understood the line could be a major undertaking, but they worked diligently to carefully correct the issue in stages - and it worked! They returned a second time to replace the kitchen faucet when it became clear that was the final step. They worked efficiently and explained what they were doing and why. They are both very professional and personable, including calling before their arrival. Note: best to communicate by phone with return calls made at certain hours. This means they're not on their phones when on a job. Good work, and thank you!

I did a remodel on my first floor that removed a closet and laundry room and converted it into a full bathroom. I did a lot of the demo and finish work myself but needed a plumber to do the excavating through my garage for the drains and install the new supply lines for all fixtures. Dave came out the same week I called him to give me an estimate and had some valuable input on how we should set the bathroom up. His estimate came in three days after he did the visit and I immediately said yes because he seemed significantly more knowledgeable than the other plumbers I had that gave me estimates. It was a four day job and Dave showed up on time everyday. His work was excellent and the job came out great. Couldn't be happier with their performance and will use them for any future job.

I first had Dave and Ric come out and work on my disposal and that job was 156 dollars. At that time Dave also gave me a bid of 2800-3500 for my repipe. I am in and out of town so I needed a quick turn around and they were able to accommodate me and have me booked, the work done, and inspected within 10 days of me initially contacting them. Dave and Ric were polite, funny, and most importantly professional so I knew what was happening at all times. I would highly recommend them. -Amina

Great. Dave and Rick were very informative, helpful, punctual and professional. I'll definitely be hiring them for future work. They also don't charge for coming to do an estimate which is a very welcome change from most other plumbers. They also have appts. available within a reasonable time. They're great.

Consumer Beware!! This business is not reliable when scheduling work! Scheduled repair of interior faucet, leaking kitchen drain joint, 2 exterior bib replacements with backflow valve installations. Day of scheduled 2:00PM appointment received message from "Dave" @ 1:30PM that he had unexpected need to pick up child from school and because he was a small business he had no other option but to reschedule the appointment. Message included apology and assurance that he would call to reschedule. Did not receive a call for rescheduling, so next morning I called Signiture Plumbing and talked with "Dave" who answered the call. After apologizing for inconvenience and thanking me for understanding, my appointment was rescheduled for next day at 3:00 PM. At 3:00 PM on day for rescheduled appointment I received a message from "Rick" at Signiture Plumbing that he was running late, to expect arrival in 30 minutes, to respond only if I had questions, and that he was on his way to my residence. At 3:45 received a second call from "Rick" stating he thought they had wrong address then continued by stating my residence address which was in fact accurate. We live in a well marked established subdivision in the Mount Scott area and have never had issues with people locating our home. Message included a number which I could contact if I would like to call and clarify or reschedule. I returned call within 15 minutes, but receive voice message for "Dave" at Signiture Plumbing on which I left detailed message again restating address and requesting return phone call. The messages from "Rick" were originated from a different phone number then business number "Rick" had given out, so I also tried to return a phone call to this phone number without response. Never received follow-up call from Signiture Plumbing for explanation, clarification or rescheduling. I guess their business is too small to provide reliable, respectful customer service; but large enough to mislead and offend potential customers. And if Signiture Plumbing has this much trouble with simple scheduling, imagine the quality of their plumbing expertise.

I recently discovered that I had a leak in my kitchen and called Signature Plumbing to come out and take a look based on the great reviews I saw of them online. I was glad that I did. Dave and Rick came out with very short notice and worked around my schedule without issue. They were efficient, informative, professional and altogether a model of great customer service. Should I run into any plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely call them first.

I really cannot day enough about Signature Plumbing! From the moment I let them into my home to the day I signed the paperwork for the last job... I had confidence that I picked the right team to take care of my plumbing issues. Beyond their practicality, honesty, and impressive understanding of what they were doing... They were also mindful, friendly, and kind. I would hire them again in a heart beat, and so should you!

I had work done by them in 2016 which included installing a new faucet and garbage disposal. They did an excellent job. Returned my call promptly and were able to come out within a few days for the work. I've tried contacting them again as I now need a new water heater but after a couple weeks and multiple phone calls, I have never received a call back, which is disappointing since they did a great job the first time I used them.

Great! Dave and Rick(his apprentice) came out within a day of my call and addressed the problem. They explained that the unit(which I had supplied) was a first generation product and had a few idiosyncrasies which had been overcome in second generation products. They fixed the problem I was having and said that if it happened again, to contact the manufacturer and have them send me a new brass flange nut to replace the plastic one that came with the faucet. They also didn't charge me because they said they guaranteed their work for one year, and they had installed it for me. They have me as a permanent customer now!
