+ -1 moreHolly is personable, professional and efficient as the front desk person. Her husband, Kelly, and their son came out on time and quickly took care of the wasp nests. The added bonus was getting rid of spiders!! He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend their company. You can tell Holly and Kelly, as owners, take pride in their work.

I have a sugar ant problem and he explained how he could help with that. We decided against it and it was no problem. Will call him again. Great guy!

+ -1 moreInstead of just exterminating the bees, he did his best to contact beekeepers in the area. Unfortunately, he didn't get any response, so he quickly and efficiently took care of our bee issue. Haven't had a problem since then. Very personable and professional.
Description of Work: We had a serious bee hive growing in our front porch post. Terry Shrum was recommended to me by a friend. Having worked for the Home Builders Association, I knew there were many dishonest pest control companies.

+ -1 moreThey are reasonable. They show up and they do a good job. They were able to completely get rid of the pests. They have done ant abatement primarily. When they do their job it takes a year or two before the ants come back. They are reasonably priced.
