 + -1 moreThey always do a good job. They are very knowledgeable. I have used them several times. They know alot about sewing products and the people that work there are really into what they do. I purchased my machine from them, since they have a great selection.

 + -1 moreThis applies to my experience with the Foster Rd store. The tech called before completing the tune-up saying that he'd discovered worn and damaged parts whose replacement cost would exceed the value of the machine. "pick up the machine, no charge." I offered an even older machine to scavenge for parts. The first machine was repaired using parts from the older machine with an added charge of $25. The older machine is now a basket case, but the other runs like new. They know what they're doing and they charge a fair price.
Description of Work: Cleaning and tune-up of 50's Elna machine.

 + -1 moreMY machine, an old Elna, was made in Switzerland and is no longer in production. The store said they could either find a cord for my machine or have one made to fit. I was lucky and they were able to find a cord for $29.99. The service person Ed, was very nice and helpful and taught me how to operate certain features of the machine. Cord replacement was faster than I expected, by one week!
Description of Work: Sewing machine repair, replaced electric cords to plug in and to foot pedal.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND CONTACTED US PROMPTLY AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE PRICE FOR THE COMPLETED WORK.
Description of Work: THEY CHECKED OUT OUR VACUUM CLEANER AND INSPECTED THE MOTOR SYSTEM THEY CLEANED AND SERVICED THE VACUUM AND REPLACED PARTS.
