+ -1 moreThe overall experience has been terrible on every level. Since they completed our decks every single one of them have leaked. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. It has been an absolute nightmare. The roofs are under warranty, but just getting them to fix it correctly has been terrible. I have had to get the corporate office (located on the East Coast) involved just to get a call back. I wouldnt recommend using this company to my worst enemy.

+ -1 moreI thoroughly understand minimum charges. We have had electricians, plumbers, HVAC, servicemen & people working on our house as well who have all had minimum charges. Those costs & charges were all explained at the time of scheduling, even with answering services for weekend calls. The charges on this statement are, in my mind, excessive & were misrepresented.
Description of Work: We have a standing seam metal roof & I called to have minor leaks around roof jacks repaired. When I called I asked what sort of changes to expect and was told that I would be charged $55 per hour. No other explanation of any other charges was mentioned. I gave my address here to Keizer & a date was set. Two trucks showed up at the same time. Both men went up on to the roof with a can of solvent cleaner & a caulking gun. They came back down & were gone with no more than 1/2 hour at our home. No mention was ever made that this service was coming from Portland; either when the work was scheduled or at the time of service. I received our statement with total charges of $237. This included $180 for "labor" and $45 miscellaneous. I called the Portland office to review these charges. I was then told that you have a minimum $150 charge, that is $45 was for "fuel expenses" & that the labor was travel time from the shop in Portland. All of this for 15 minutes of work.
