Carol gave us an estimate same day. Performed the work just a few days later, and did so well under estimated budget and all with meticulous detail!

It went great! We had some fits and starts with communication at first but got everything on track and scheduled when I wanted it done. It cost a bit more than I anticipated but that was because there was additional clean up from a roof replacement and some pressure washing that was completed at my house prior to the clean up, but after we got the bid from Carol. Overall they did great! Carol and Michelle and their crew were terrific and I recommend them to anyone! They are fairly priced and their work is very good. I have recommended them to others and they have performed well for them too.

It goes very well. We are very pleased. We have had them for several years. They come every Monday.

Raking Havoc has been our lawn service for several years and he's excellent. We pay them a monthly rate. They just keep up the yard and take care of everything. They trim back the bushes if it needs to be done but they don't do tree work. They pick up the stuff that blows off the trees because we have a couple of good wind storms out here, they clean the gutters and stuff like that for me because I'm quite disabled. They do moss removal from the roof on our house and in the shed. In the past, for an extra fee, they put sealant on the driveway and the patio for us, we got that done every 3 or 4 years just to keep the patio and the driveway from totally blowing up from freezing, water and all that stuff. They are excellent. Carol Stevens is the owner and her crew that comes and visits us is very good. She also comes out and do some work, and she even arranged to have our sprinkler system serviced for us when it needed it. I don't generally deal with people that aren't good, maybe once but that's it.

The work went very well. Carol and her crew have done work for me over the years and they are always prompt and very professional. They did their usual good job this time in renovating an old lawn that was full of moss and weeds. I would recommend them to anyone looking for competent and gardening work.

Awkward at times for the most part, the work was done well, just felt I paid to much for the man hours it took to do the job.It seemed to me that she nickel and dimed me to make it look good on paper. Iam retired so I was there while they worked, What was to take a day only took half a day, in there lies the problem for me as far as hourly rate goes. Said if she finshed early I would get a break in the total price. After my wife talked with her she came back and finished the rest of the job and after much deliberation we agreed on the price, even if it was high she did come back and finished the work and threw me a bone on the path steps. Told her I found her on Angie's list and she didnt seem to care one way or the other. All and all we both got what we wanted her more than me but it's done now. I will go back to my old landscaper and save money and still get quality work!

They take care of everything in my yard and my neighbor was so impressed, they hired Raking Havoc as well. They have always been very responsive and thorough. If there's any issue anywhere in my yard, such as the flowers, bushes, and even my roof at times, they take care of it. If there was something they couldn't take care of themselves, they made effective recommendations I have also been pleased with.

IT HAS BEEN VERY, VERY POSITIVE. IT IS A CONSISTENTLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY PROACTIVE, AND HELPFUL. I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, AND WE DO RECOMMEND THEM. IF IT WAS UP TO ME, THE PRICE COULD BE A TAD BIT LOWER, BUT I DON'T CONSIDER IT UNREASONABLE.
