+ -1 moreWith the warmer weather I needed to get something installed fast as it was anywhere from 83-87 degrees in the house with fans and windows open! Pete Strance was recommended by my builder as he did the initial installation during construction. I called him on a Saturday night, and Pete was here Monday morning doing an assessment and gave me a quote with options between Luxaire models; there was a special going on for parts and labor for ten years for the price. Pete had the parts and did the installation that Thursday, even rearranging his busy schedule at a current job site to fit my installation in so I could have a cooler house and relief from the heat inside! Knowledgeable, very professional, very friendly and responsive. He even checked and changed out the main filter in the house on the air exchanger for me to ensure I was getting optimal A/C cooling! I would highly recommend his company and his services! Pete Strance Heating and A/C has a loyal customer in us! No one else will be touching our home for heating and A/C needs.
Description of Work: My house was A/C ready, so all I needed was an A/C unit installed. He performed an initial assessment, gave me a quote with options between recommended models for our house and explained the differences (pros and cons), and he performed the full installation himself and product registration.
