They installed our toilet in 2020. We then rented our home out. Now in 2023 we move back in to find sewage dripping in our crawlspace. Upon investigation, it’s coming from the O ring of toilet. They put a plastic ring on with no seal under. Not only is there sewage in crawlspace, but our subfloor is crumbling. This is an astronomical expense. We had them also relocate a water shutoff valve in crawlspace. On inspection, they used amateurish shark bites on all connections, leaving us prone to major leaks. The contractor who fixed everything asked us if it was a diy job. They were shocked to find out we paid and hired this work out to a professional.

I hired the company a few years ago to install a hot water heater. Recently, I hired them to replace the plumbing in my house (some of it was over 100 years old!). The work was good quality, the plumber was professional, and there were no problems with the final inspection. I would highly recommend them.

Peace of Mind Plumbing was contracted through Lowes to do a Hot Water installation of an AO Smith 75 gallon power vent unit for a newer model, same footprint and almost identical dimensions. They picked up the water heater from Lowes and immediately installed it after another company refused to do the job. They did the job in 2 hours with just a very minor mod of exhaust line coupling. Peace of Mind's plumber Brian and water heater tech Poppy are highly skilled and they pay attention to details. The job site was cleaned up better than when they arrived, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this company!

It was very nice. I've had other people do other plumbing in other places. This was great. The guy was knowledgeable. He took the time to read all of the directions because this is a double flusher. He said this isn't a kind that he has installed before. He was very conscientious of that part of the install.

This experience was completely satisfactory from placing the request, to arranging the service date, to the work that was done, and the fee charged. I don't understand at all the negative reviews on file placed up through this August of 2016. The office never failed to answer the phone, Bryan followed through arriving on schedule, and completed the job in quick fashion. His fee was less than half what another Angie's list plumber was suggesting it might cost. I can understand why Bryan is booked and busy, and I will surely use his services again.

After 6-7 weeks, 4 phone calls and 2 emails, they still had not gotten back to me on scheduling an install of the new disposal. So I called AHS and had them contact the plumbers on my behalf. They finally called me back and set up an appointment for a standard 2 hour window. I asked specifically if they had the new unit already and they said yes. So halfway through the service appointment window, after I had already come home from work, I got a call asking me which model of disposal they should order, and that it would take 3 days to get. Also, I had to choose a different manufacturer because "my model was no longer made and it would cost extra to get the latest one". The guy also said that Insikerator wouldn't honor the 7 year warranty on my 2 year old disposal because it was never registered. I didn't buy it and called Insinkerator, who had a new unit ordered for me for free not even 10 minutes later. In summary, All In One Plumbing is non responsive and just make up stories when they flake out on an appointment.

The provider was initially responsive and scheduled a time to discuss the need and provide an estimate. They never showed and didn't call. I made several calls, didn't always answer the phone. The next week, one of the plumbers came out to provide an estimate. I then called several times to try to initiate the work. I was promised a call back but never received one. I went with another provider.

easy to do- took 22 minutes - start to finish and cost $189!!! he was here for an estimate and had we been more tough we would have said no thank you- but he was here already Persona was good- professional etc. but price was way too much!

It was fine. There were no problems. We had them do something extra and it took a litle bit longer. He was prompt and he left the place clean.

They were on time and it went very well. I was very happy with this.

First, we have an American Home Shield Home Warrantee so that's who sent them. When our hot water heater sprung a leak 4 days ago, I called AHS. This was the second company they had call me, as I basically refused the first, ProServ, as they had sent them before and it was the worst experience we had ever had with a service company. AllInOne called in a timely manner, the next morning, and sent someone at noon that day. He looked at the water heater, determined it was totally shot, and said he would send the paperwork to AHS to get the replacement authorized. AHS covers most, but not all of the replacement costs for stuff like this, and some water lines and gas lines had to be moved for the new water heater, so he estimated that would be about $150 extra. He sent the request in to AHS immediately, it was approved, and AlInOne picked up the new one on Thursday and had it at my house the next day, removed the old one and had the new one installed within a couple of hours, no easy task as it is Ina weird place - a closet in our bathroom. They arrived on time, the window was 8-10am and I think they got their around 9a, very professional attitude, very personable as well, and VERY knowledgable about the removal and install. The work that had to be done above and beyond the AHS coverage estimated at $150 was accurate, and that's what they charged us, amazing. I would call these folks any time I needed plumbing work done, and highly recommend their services. Excellent experience all the way around from the girl on the phone doing the scheduling to the installers.

Plumber was on time and put on booties before entering the house. The bath drain was plugged and would fill with water instantly when we would shower. When the tub that had the problem was snaked and didn't turn up much of a clog the plumber suggested snaking the tub in another bath that didn't have that problem. WOW! That's where the main obstruction lie. A massive wig size amount of hair from a previous owner was pulled from the drain! YUCK. Had he not done that other bath I feel the problem would have occurred again.

Bryan Preston did this work, and it went very smoothly. He installed a state-of-the-art vacuum valve to prevent backups, something that code now requires but that other plumbers had ignored. Bryan did a wonderful job: he worked fast, cleaned up completely, and came in UNDER bid. We liked his work so much that we had All in One Plumbing back to our house later in the summer (on 8-21-2014), when a plumber named Tim did a great job fixing some hot-water taps under our kitchen sink that my husband couldn't do himself (he had tried, but Tim confirmed that the previous homeowner had made the job impossible by using a permanent glue as sealant on the valves!) Tim was also able to answer our questions about some noises in our pipes, and he gave us a recommendation for a great place to buy plumbing supplies. All in all, our two experiences with All in One Plumbing have been excellent, and we will call them again.

That service turned out fine. I had a plugged sink and one plumber came out to preform that service. The company came out timely and I would give than an A.

They have not returned our calls and when they say the will come out, they do not show up. We would never use this company.

Replacement was satisfactory. The faucet continues to work properly.

It was good. Scheduling was easy. They sent one plumber and he was here for an hour. He called because he was running late, but it wasn’t his fault. Everything got done in time.

The service went fine. I had an issue with the drain in the sink. He completed the job within the hour time frame. The technician was friendly and on time. He was an efficient worker and did a nice job. I had no issues scheduling the service and they were responsive to my call.

In spite of finding no cause for the leaking, the plumber (and Bryan on the call a few months earlier) were VERY professional. After months of continued leaks, lots of soggy towels in a preemptive effort to avoid overflow to the floor, I placed a bucket under the garbage disposal. Voila! It was clearly the source of the leaking. My dissatisfaction was not with the plumbers. Regrettably, the piping was bone dry when they were on-site. But the office staff (Kerri) was totally unresponsive to requests for follow-up. Since the problem was clearly the garbage disposal, and I had already paid All In One more than $200 to come out on two separate occasions to resolve the leaking, I was asking for installation at no charge of a new unit that I would purchase--consistent with their 12-month service guarantee. I selected this organization based on their Angies List rating and the guarantee. In spite of multiple commitments to get back in touch with me, I never received a return call. This is the poorest customer service I have experienced in memory.

They were good and I liked the serviceman who came out. He was kind and tried to help. He recommended replacing the toilet due to the age of the toilet so the toilet is still currently running as we have not done this yet. The work probably took longer than it should have due to problem solving. Scheduling was good with them. Having another option offered may have been a good idea in this situation.

The serviceman came right on time. He was very knowledgeable and performed excellent work. My drain has never worked this well. I am very happy with this company and will hire them again in the future.

Not good. They never responded on The Big Deal (they are supposed to contact me) and when I finally contacted them, they claimed they had not received any communication about it. I find that hard to believe, especially given that Angie's List contacted me to see if I'd heard from them, so I presume they heard from Angie's List as well. I then had two scheduling snafus and had to keep providing them information and restating the situation. Then, when the plumber was supposed to come, he didn't show up and there was no communication. I again called and they said they'd check, then called to say "he's on his way." Well, he must have been far away because it was a while before he showed up. After doing the work, he required the printout of my purchase. No other company has done that on my other Big Deals. And he cleaned his truck while sitting in my driveway. Finally, he left a tool behind, so I sent them a message that it was here on the front step. They never came to get it.

I bought the coupon in December, but didn't try to use it until June. At that time, I got an email from the company to let them know when to schedule. I got a scheduling auto-reply for the preferred day and time, but no follow up confirmation. This was after trying to contact the company by phone and email over two weeks time to schedule. No communication via the Angie's Message portal. Disappointed in lack of communication. Applying for refund of the coupon. Will find another provider.

It was fine. They were nice to work with and they came out quickly. I had no problems and I would use them again.
