Description of Work: I renovated my basement with Yuri! It looks Amazing. It has been completely transformed from a doomful and dingy area; is bright and fully used. Now it looks as if a new condo is downstairs. I have a new apartment downstairs- extra bedroom, bathroom, laundry are and living area. Yuri and crew were timely, professional and displayed excellent judgement. Minor details that I felt totally comfortable deferring to him. I obtained a previous bid that was so expensive that I looked elsewhere. I am happy that I did. My basement is now a sunny and modern apartment that is currently being rented!

 + -1 moreHe shows up and he is very honest. We really just give him the key and he comes in the house and does it. We've actually used him 5 or 6 times throughout the years. He doesn't overcharge and he does almost all of the work himself. He always lets you know ahead of time if something is going to cost more than he originally thought.
Description of Work: He has completely gutted and renovated several bathrooms, has redone the kitchen, and will do just about anything.
