I can't say enough good things about Oasis Plumbing! Jason, the owner, and Joe, the HVAC technician, went above and beyond to help us when our cooling system stopped working during a 100 degree plus week. Despite being fully booked, they managed to fit us into their schedule promptly, which was incredibly appreciated during the hot weather. Jason's kindness and helpfulness were evident from the moment we contacted them. He ensured that we were taken care of. You can really tell he cares about his customers and their wellbeing, which I believe is absolutely crucial when it comes to finding a company you can trust. Joe, the technician who came to our home, was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. After he fixed our heat pump, he took the time to explain our system to us in detail and shared tips on how to maintain its efficiency. He even checked and corrected our filter installation to ensure everything was working optimally. It's clear that Oasis Plumbing values their customers and prioritizes honesty and quality service. I highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC or plumbing services(I wish we knew about Oasis when our toilet broke and we went with a company that charged us 3K+). We’ll be calling you whenever we run into HVAC or plumbing issues down the line and we’ll be recommending Oasis to all of our friend. We had problems with the old pipes in our bathroom and there was a lot of water leaking. Jason came highly recommended and was very responsive when we contacted him. He was able to get our job on their schedule quickly. Jason and his employees were on time both days and they worked quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely contact Jason in the future if we have any plumbing needs. We will also recommend his company to our friends.

They were very professional and responsive. I had never used them before but they had been recommended to us by another company. Our leaking pipe happened in the middle of the holiday week-end and Jason managed to schedule us in within several hours of our call. (Initially, he had to refer us to another plumber because his team was tied up. When I didn't get an anwer from the other plumber I called him back. It turned out he too had called the other plumber and knew we were still in trouble.) His team member John started working here around 4:00 p.m.. He found the leak - about 15and quot; under ground - and started to repair it but needed some parts he didn't have. Jason brought them over and the two continued to work past dark. They fixed the problem - the pipe leading up to the hose bib and the one that was horizontal to it - showing me the small holes in the pipes they removed. They replaced the dirt/mud they had to remove. We are very appreciative of their knowledge and responsiveness and will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others.

They were fine. They did a good job and completed the work in one hour so I only had to pay for the one hour. They were able "T" the water filter to provide filtered boiling water.

I had a water pipe burst in my ceiling. As it turned out, my entire plumbing system was old and brittle and needed to be replaced. I called several different plumbers for estimates (and to confirm that my plumb line was indeed faulty). Oasis plumbing was available to help me out immediately. They were also the most courteous, the most comforting, and they offered the best price. Since I was doing the re-plumb I decided to do a double bathroom remodel and a water heater conversion at the same time. Oasis was with me every step of the way. From valuable money-saving advice on water heater options, to assistance with the new bathroom layout, I always felt like I was in good hands.This was my first major plumbing emergency, and my first remodel experience. Mel and Jason at Oasis were incredibly awesome to work with. They made a discouraging scenario a lot easier to navigate and get through. I highly, highly recommend them.
