Unfortunately, due to a timing issue, we did not use this company to move. However, I wanted to write a review because their customer service was so wonderful. Angie was friendly and helpful and efficient. I would absolutely consider using them in the future.

Excellent. Grace was on-time, thoughtful and considerate. Very flexible and worked with us to accomplish the move.

They were great. Showed at 9:15 we walked through the house and we talked about everything that should be moved. They worked efficiently and we had some super heavy dressers. My only complaint and I talked to the person on the phone about the rate who said it was an Oregon set rate but they quoted me a higher rate that their Angies list deal: Here's The Deal: $755.4 for 3 movers for 4 hours each (12 labor hours total). I said on the phone that I thought the deal had a lower rate and it is. I am just confused but his.

I was very impressed. I have moved several times in the military, but this was the first time that I coordinated myself. I was expecting day labors with one boss...what I got was three very professional people that took pride in their work. My wife covered, protected and wrapped most of the furniture fearing the worse.....afterwards, we both agreed that it was not necessary and we could have just given them the keys and feel confident everything would be ok. Worth every penny, and they were cheaper that other companies.

These gentlemen were friendly and great to work with. Besides our household items, we also had large shop tools and outdoor furniture and tools. It ended up taking two trips because of the non-stickability of many of the items. It was a long day and these guys never complained about any of the work. They always had great attitudes, joked with me and each other and got the job done. I would hire them again if I needed to move again.

Matthew and crew did an outstanding job of moving our household goods. They are professional and fast. Through it all, they asked questions whenever it was unclear what was to be moved or to which room our furniture or boxes were destined. Everything arrived in perfect condition and no walls, stairs, or doorways were any the worse for it.

Moving sucks. We were very pleased.

Matthew and his team were wonderful to work with. I did a two part move with them moving my studio with very large pieces first and then on the second part, they moved my very heavy antique furniture. Great care was taken as many pieces are irreplaceable and some have very expensive glass. Everything was very carefully wrapped and padded for the trip across town. The team of 3 worked together in an efficient, orchestrated manner making the whole experience much less stressful. Upon arrival at the new house, they reassembled and placed my furniture around. The care given to my belongings was great and the whole team listened to my desires. I would highly recommend hiring them to anyone. Great job!

They took care of me as I knew they would from the first time I needed them. They get the job done, they ask questions if necessary. They are nice AND interested in what you need. "Interested" matters! :) Very happy with Northwest Grace Moving Inc.

The entire team took such good care of me. By the time they arrived I was exhausted and pressured out. They put me at ease they got everything moved in record time. They were nice, funny, supportive, understanding. I even caught one of the guys turning over a wobbly piece of furniture I had and tightening it up so it doesn't wobble anymore. (I'm not very handy) I will be using them again on a follow up job and I highly recommend them. Very hard working team!

It went smoother than I thought possible. I seriously did nothing while they moved us.. this is hard for me but they were so efficient and quick I was not needed other than informing them where items were to go in the new house. They were faster than I had planed, which is so great, and they were so careful with our large furniture and did not hit any walls ceilings or floors with anything! Seriously the BEST moving company ever! I have already recommended them to several other people that are planning on moving soon and will continue to do so.

Matt and his team were phenomenal! We had a tight budget and a pretty decent sized house to move. Matt was very competitive in his bid and he was extremely responsive and helpful in every aspect leading up to the move. His guys were all professional and friendly and you could tell they enjoyed working for him. They took great care with loading everything in our house and equal care unloading it again in New Mexico. I couldn't have asked for better service.

We had extenuating circumstances with snow and ice, but NW Movers went the extra mile (safely) to make sure the move got taken care of. Matthew and his guys were kind, professional, communicative, efficient, and innovative about problem solving. I would definitely hire them again.

The whole process went very smoothly both times. Matt is highly experienced, professional and efficient. He and his crew take great care not to damage anything.

The two gentlemen that came to move our home items were punctual and worked extremely hard to get us all handled within the allotted time. They were courteous and very responsive. They were careful with our belongings and communicated through out the process! I would definitely recommend their services!

I've used Northwest Grace twice this year; once to move everything out of my home and into a storage unit and then again to move long distance from storage to a new home. They are very friendly and they work really well together - great communication and mutual respect. Matt makes sure that he understands what your plans are and whether there are things that require extra care. His experience is apparent in how efficiently they use their time, make use of space and guard surfaces when moving heavy items. They work extremely hard the whole day and still maintain great attitudes. Both of my houses were 2 level homes and they made dozens of trips up and down winding and narrow stairs with large and heavy items. Neither house had even minor damage to walls or moldings. They are very respectful of property and belongings and what they take apart they put back together just as it was. They bring their own tools and helped remove things from walls and all they asked of me was guidance on where to place things in the new home. And you don't have to worry about the kind of language that might come out of their mouths. They are professional and a real pleasure to work with. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend their service to others.

They showed up with 3 guys instead of the 2 I was quoted at, this cost was $50 more per hour but they gave me the choice to use him and i chose to. It took 2.5 hours to move my 2 bedroom apartment from Sellwood to Milwaukie. They took what seemed like a long break in between moving out and moving in but he didn't charge me for it. The guys were respectful of carpet, belongings and walls and doorways of house. Nothing was damaged. They had lots of materials to keep things protected. Insisted he didn't know we had an elevator although I explicitly told person I booked with that we had an elevator in the building reserved for the move, so communication within the company must be an issue. Overall, I would recommend.

Matt and his colleague moved a very heavy professional grade treadmill from a second hand store to the upstairs of my home. This is something my husband and could not do ourselves. They showed up on time, discussed the plan, communicated well. Very professional and friendly. I would use them again. Thank you!

Excellent! They were here when we wanted them to be, and when we contacted them to have everything moved back they were on time. Everything was great, and I highly recommend them.

We talk a lot about customer service and often feel we have received good customer service but this company was something more than that. It began with Lisa in the office who was everything you would expect in an outstanding customer service organization. The actual movers arrived earlier than I expected and I was not yet at the location. I thought the earliness was going to cause a problem in the one elevator building we were removing the furniture from. The owner was there, calmed me down in about 10 seconds, moved the furniture down the stairs instead and because of extra time actually moved one of the things that we were going to move ourselves to a different location than the contracted furniture was going to. I felt the customer service was not an automatic, required thing like in so many places. I felt these people were sincere, interested and caring. A possible problem instantly became a non issue in such a nice way. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again if needed. So this is my "Thank You" to them.....
