Mark arrived at my Piano Studio on time and did such a high-quality job. This is the only company of several I contacted, that had the skills and knowledge to actually both stretch and clean the carpet without me having to hire professional piano movers to move my full size grand piano out of the room while the work was being completed. The Nicholas Carpet Care team made my carpets all nice and clean after our pup ate too many acorns. (Yuck!) Mark listened to my concerns and answered my questions over the phone. His team member Wyatt showed up and cleaned the carpets with professionalism and care. I highly recommend Nicholas Carpet Care for your carpet needs! This was a great experience and we would certainly contact them again. The price was very reasonable and includes $300 for stretching. We had a roll in the carpet due to insufficient stretching during installation five years ago (by another company). Nicholas Carpet Care went above and beyond our expectations when it comes to cleanliness, attention to detail, care in moving furniture and responsiveness. Mark Nicholas is patient, personable and returns phone calls quickly. We were impressed by the way Paul vacuumed under and around large dressers that couldn't be moved. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Best carpet cleaner around. I have had the same carpet cleaner for many years and he retired. Nicolas Carpet Care was recommended by our realtor. Best decision I made. Our carpets looked amazing and clean. Very trust worthy. This will be our carpet cleaner forever!

The whole process went very well. I was very happy. He explained what needed to be done and how much each project would cost. We set up a time and the workers (two people for the ripple and one, Nicholas himself, for the carpet repair) came and took care of it. The repair consisted of three parts: heating in a carpet strip where a wall once was, replacing a large section of padding and tacking down the carpet edging. The price seemed reasonable to me. $275 for the ripple and $360 for the carpet repair, padding replacement and tack down.

Highly recommended and very satisfied with the end result. Great notification system. Mark and Sean were great to work with and very customer focused.

Super impressed by the professional and friendly staff - Nicholas Carpet Care came out this morning to clean my living room area carpets and they were very fast, thorough and my carpets look like new. Love the 12 months spot and spill warranty that comes with each cleaning! Highly recommended ( and I am VERY hard to please :)

Great job and fantastic staff! Nicholas Carpet Care came highly recommended to me when I booked for a cleaning last week. I received a text to let me know when they would arrive. Sean was right on time, measured the spaces and got right to work. He was professional and personable. He asked which area would be best to have dry the fastest and with three large dogs our family room was it. He cleaned it and placed fans to help expedite dry time while he was cleaning the other parts of the house. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Fast and smooth! Nothing worse then seeing a large amount of ripples on your room. Not only did it appear to be a tripping hazard but it was unsightly. Nicholas Carpet Care brought in their power stretcher and went to work. In no time at all our room was free of any signs that our carpets were loose. I had my carpet re-stretched by a different company a year ago who completely failed to move furniture to assure the job was performed correctly. Mark is like the Gandalf of carpet cleaning--he's a wizard and the results are magical. My wife and I recently sold and purchased a home in the last few months, and ending up hiring Mark a total of 3 times because his work and pricing were so great! We had some TOUGH stains at our old place, and he was recommended to us because of his ability to remove stains you think are impossible to lift. He removed our stains and then some! We then hired him 1 more time to get a few new stains out before we moved (stains are common occurrences when you have 3 kids in your house), and then hired him again to tuck carpet at our new house + removing old carpet and installing new carpet in a few areas. He and his team are friendly, personable, thorough, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable about the best and most cost effective option for your carpet needs--he's officially our go-to "carpet guy" moving forward, no question!

Mark arrived on time and did an excellent job taking care of our carpets! The house looked fantastic after he was done and he cleaned up after himself completely. When it came time for payment, Mark gave us a 15% discount because he saw we were a fire service and military family. This was greatly appreciated! He also told me that his business offers 50% off of the carpet cleanings for the families of deployed service members. I will definitely be recommending Nicolas Carpet Care to my friends and family!

It was wonderful! I ran a dog boarding in my house, just imagine how dirty my carpet was. They just clean it beautifully for me. they're prompt, courteous and they worked very well when i make cleaning time. worth every penny i spent. Great! I have animals in my house all the time and our rugs get NASTY!!! They come and get rid of the dirt, hair and smell. You would never guess I have a pet sitting business by looking at my carpets. The owners are incredible and the staff is super!!! Been using them for several years and love them.
