Excellent. MK Hansen construction has been working on my property for years now. I first hired them back in 2008 to Sealcoat my driveway and I just scheduled for them to come back this summer for the next scheduled seal. They told me the sealant would last 5-7 years, well this will be year 7 and it lasted to the top of their promise! A bit about the project it's self. To start with when the crew arrived 5 min before the scheduled start time I was a little concerned as they were all quite young (early-mid 20s). But they knew what they were doing, Organized and professional from the time they got out of the truck. They masked off my stone work just as I requested and did not get one drop of sealer on my house. The driveway was done in about 6 hours. The next day after it dried, it looked brand new again. They did not leave any mess behind and came back the next day and pulled off the masking and picked up a check. Their employees conduct impressed me as well clean cut and courteous. I will say they were a bit more expensive than the other bids I got by a couple of hundred but I think it was worth it in the end. I will post again when this years project is done but I'm sure that it will be fantastic. In summery these guys are: No hassle No surprises and good quality workmanship they truly take pride in what they do!

Mark is an extremely nice guy. But his professionalism was not very good. He did not prepare the space that was going to be remodeled very well. He did not put plastic up in the rest of the house so their was dust and ash everywhere. It was a huge mess. The work he did was good but his prep was terrible. Some of his subcontracters were good but some of them were nightmares. He took about five and a half weeks off total during the job to go fishing and hunting.
