They did great! I would use them again!

This was to be a move-in clean and since she canceled both the day before the move and the morning of the move, we were forced to move into an uncleaned house! I asked if she could move around one of her other clients so that one of her helpers could come here before the movers arrived, but she said no. Her reason for canceling was that her babysitter wasn't available and when I suggested that when someone owns a business, they need to have a back-up plan, she simply hung up on me!! She stated that she was relatively new to Angie's list and mentioned how hard it had been to get on it. If this is how she runs a business, then I don't believe she should remain on Angie's list!

UNFORTUNATELY, this provider rescheduled me twice and no showed for two appointments. . Since then, I have requested reimbursement , and they have not yet refunded our money. I consider this very unprofessional, and I have never had such poor service with an Angie's list provider. They could do a good job cleaning, but I do not know.

They had me show them all the rooms and exactly want I wanted and what was most important for me to have cleaned. They worked for an hour and it was like having Cinderella's little animal friends moving around and helping me. I know you probably won't believe me and I wish I had a camera so you could see I am telling the truth!! Everything was done above and beyond my expectations....I will absolutely be using them again. They are all sweet and outstanding woman who care about making their clients happy and this customer is HAPPY!!!!

MISTY and her crew did an amazing job. This was their second visit. They didn't have time to do a deep clean the first visit but did an amazing job with only 90 minutes. For the visit today, she brought in three people to help with the deep clean. They worked for two hours and absolutely cleaned every square inch of my house. My wife and I are really impressed. We would recommend MISTY to anyone. Thank you.

Misty and her crew cleaned our large house from top to bottom to prepare for sale. They did an especially good job in the kitchen -- always a hard room to get super clean. I hired them for a flat fee. Probably a better deal to hire cleaning services by the hour.

Misty was very punctual, professional and thorough. Great attention to detail! My house smelled so great when I got home! I will be using her services in the future as well as recommend her to other's. She more then met my expectations
