Very poorly. I told Julie that the house was vacant and I would meet her there to let her in. She called at the time of the appointment to tell me she was running a little late. Showed up 45 minutes late as I fumed. When she finally showed up, she seemed really nice. My first tip off that she had no idea of what she was doing should have been that all her supplies were new, never used. Still, she was there and I really needed the cleaning done. I had spoken with her on the phone and gave her a list of what I expected done and she seemed fine with it. I had discussed with her on the phone that the window tracks were a priority. I went through the house with her and pointed out the things I felt were in addition to the basic cleaning I would expect (kitchen, bathrooms). This is a small 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom/2 bath house. I left her alone to do the work at 10:00. The handyman was also there finishing up his work. I went back at 2:00 and, once again I should have known things were not going well as I could not see what she had accomplished in 4 hours. She explained that her helper had not been able to come. I figured she was slow but being as I had been quoted a flat fee to do the work, I again gave her the benefit of the doubt. When I went back the next morning, some of the window tracks looked good but none of the basic work had been done. Kitchen cabinets had not even been vaccuumed out, toilet had not been cleaned. She called minutes after I'd walked in the door and told me she'd been there 11 hours!!! When I told her how unhappy I was with the quality of her work, she seemed hurt and surprised. I'm still not sure what she did in her 11 hours, but my handyman later told me she spent the first hour or so talking to him about her other business. Really disappointing. I paid her the $160 and still had to spend 4 hours cleaning the house myself. Not happy!
