The whole process took about three weeks. An associate was the one that came and did the interior work but they took the doors to facility to stain them. His bid was very competitive. He did exactly what he said he was going to do.

I used this company for many projects at my house in the past, and I recently hired them to re face the cabinets in my house. I had my kitchen done not to long ago but unfortunately had a pipe break while I was gone for the weekend. It ruined my kitchen. I had Cousins Customs build me new lower cabinets and reface the uppers to match. There price was good and work was great. On time and professional!!!

We had the company build a custom entertainment center, we liked it so much we had them remodel our kitchen to match.We had our kitchen Done not to long ago but we loved the look of the work so much we had to do it in our kitchen. We got three bids and there price was in the middle. They told us the job would take three weeks and it took a little over two! They explained the schedule with us at the contract signing and stuck to it. There was some one at our house every day,and they worked at least 8 hours a day. They were very clean. They built custom cabinets, installed a granite counter with undermount sink, and put a stone floor in. Our kitchen looks very custom! We love it and would recommend them to anyone!

The team was prompt and responsive. The job took exactly the length of time they had estimated, including the "jobs within the job" (the sanding was done on the day they said, as was the staining and finishing. Cabinets look great!

The work went great. Since we have worked with them in the past we felt comfortable showing them the check we got from the insurance company. We told them what we wanted to do, and how much we had to do it. They gave us a quote that came in three thousand dollars less than our budget!! They were on time and very easy to work with. The job was finished two days early and everything looked beautiful!! Our new kitchen at our rental looks amazing!!!! They also saved us three thousand dollars!!!!

It went nowhere. M& J Cousin Construction (Jason Cousin) did nothing because they never showed up for the initial estimate appointment and NEVER returned my calls. Not good!

Mostly it went very well. There were a few miscommunications, but otherwise everything looks great. Still waiting for a couple of things to be finished, but now that I found out there was some illness in the family, it explains the long wait to get these things done. The cabinets are a beautiful Alder wood and now I can't wait to get some backsplash tiles to go with them.

The bathroom is beautiful. The design really maximized the small space. They were friendly and accommodating throughout the process. I would highly recommend them and we will use them for our next project.

They returned phone calls quickly, the estimate came back in fast and they stuck to that estimate. The work was done in the time frame estimated and it was quality workmanship. I enjoyed the personality of the workers and they even cleaned up after themselves!!! I will have them work for me again!!!

Everything went okay.

We were refereed to them by a friend, so we had them come out and give us a bid. They came to our house and went over all the work we had, and they were very honest with us on what we could do with our remodel. Some people came out and said we couldn't reface any of our cabinets and had to have all new cabinets, they said they could reface some and build new ones in some places. Our cabinets were only 12 years old and we had them custom built so we wanted to reface where possible. There price was one of the best prices we received, and we felt it was honest. They started the job when they said they were going to, and during the process they were there when they said they were going to be,and the communication was great! We liked that the owners(Jason and Nick)were the ones doing the work. They had helpers, but one or both of the owners was on the job every day working. This made communication very easy. When they were in our house they were very respectful and honest. We could leave them alone during the day and not worry about them leaving our house unattended or doing anything bad. The job was finished a few days before they said it was going to be done. We gave them a deposit of money before they started and they made us feel comfortable doing that. We didn't have to pay them the balance until the job was finished. We had a great remodel experience with them, and for that we are very thankful!! WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

I recommend them. Their price was very competitive and they are knowledgeable in their trade. They do all the work themselves and don’t subcontract it out. They did subcontract the floor because of a time constraint but they did the rest themselves. They made any changes we wanted with no additional charges. They worked with us on the design and communicated with us every day on the execution of the project. They also were very timely; they were right on schedule. If something got backed up, they explained the situation. They communicated very well and on a regular basis. If we had any questions they took our calls any time of the day, during the week or weekend. I absolutely would use them again.

The owners worked on my kitchen, it took one week to reface my entire kitchen, build a bar and an upper cabinet, install counter top and floors. The price beat all the other bids that I received. The owners are brothers and they were professional and funny. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone and everyone interested in remodeling their kitchen.

Be careful!! Started off well, but difficult to keep on track...he finished 3/4 of the work then abanded the job, shorted materials and did not complete work even though he was paid in full. We called and called him, and left many messages. He had numerous excuses why he was unable to finish the job then just stopped returning calls. He has had plenty of time to try to resolve, we have no alternative but to file legal action.

His price was really good, but he left some things undone and we need him to come back. I have only called him once but the timing right now has not been good so we haven't really pursued it. We want him to come back and to finish the tile backsplash.

Great experience. I was in the middle of a major remodel (not just the kitchen). I was acting as the general contractor so the last thing I needed was to have unprofessional or poor subs. Jason was both professional and easy to work with and great results. I would hire him again.

The morning Jason arrived, I already had my cabinets emptied. He took out all my drawers and put them in the garage. He got busy working right away and worked all day. He finished the cabinet refacing within two days since I have a large kitchen. He installed the countertop as well as installed the tile for my backsplash. It went from the top of my countertops to underneath my cabinets. He collaborated with the appliance installers so all holes for appliances were the right dimensions. Jason cleaned up after himself every day and was a professional through and through. Customer service is very important to Jason and I'm hiring him to do more work in my home. He works alone and he works fast. His work ethic is very high and he prides himself on being a perfectionist. I appreciate that.

It was great, clean, fast! Very professional, family owned business, all I had to do was empty my cupboards and drawers, it took three days start to finish, each night they cleaned up. I have what I feel is a brand new kitchen. I was going to go with all new and my friend said to check out the refacing. It was less than half, and I bought new sink and faucet, range, and fridge with the savings. They arranged for the installation of the fixtures so that made everything easy on me. Three days instead of over a month of tear out and mess. They did extras for me at no charge, small things but meant a lot to me being older. Very happy!
