It went well. They were, friendly, helpful and answered my questions. My single reservation is that they used VHS equipment to record the scope. Had I known that it was not going to be on a DVD I probably would not have chosen to go with them. It turned out that I needed to make and distribute copies of the sewer scope to contractors and the city so having a VHS tape was very problematic because I don't have the means to copy a VHS tape at home.

Most of what was marked I knew was there. What I didn't realize was that the sewer went out the back and the locate didn't catch this, but they noted that "no tracer on sewer line."
Description of Work: Marked underground utilities in the backyard in preparation for excavation.

They were good. They came out and did the job they were supposed to do. They were fast. He was running late, but did call and let me know.
Description of Work: They located an electric line going from the house to a pump house.
