 + -1 moreWe returned in April & called. He didn t have it fixed, yet. We called sometime later in April & he claimed to have it fixed, but wanted to talk to a factory rep. After that he wanted to run it a few days to be sure. We have called every other week at least, since then & we have heard a litany of excuses for why it is not ready. I've been sick, my wife s been sick, etc. Each time he tells us he wants to look at it for a few more days & he ll call us, which he never does. We aren t happy at all & will not use him again. Terrible. The set has been returned to me 3 times & each time the sound goes out sometime between an hour & a few days. Larry never calls me. I have had to call him every time. They had my set in the shop from September 05 until July 06 & it still went out 4 days after I got it back. Larry has more excuses for not getting the set done than I have ever heard in my life. The set is down right now again.
Description of Work: After 1 year my TV set still does not have sound. We took our TV into Jim west on July 1st 05. The sound was cutting in & out. We paid a $45 diagnosis fee which would later be applied to the repair costs. We got the set back two weeks later & paid an additional $172.50. After 8 hours continued use the sound cut out again. We took it back. After about two more weeks we got the set back After about 30 minutes of continued use the sound cut out. Back it went. Near the end of September, we called & asked how it was going. Larry said he couldn t get it to cut out. We explained it would do so after about 30 minutes. He said he would continue to look at it. We told him we were retired & were going to go south for the winter at the beginning of November. Near the end of October we called him again & said we were leaving in a few days & unless it was fixed he was going to have to keep it until April. He said he understood & he would have it fixed when we returned. The saga continues below.

 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN REALLY GOOD. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE WORK WITH MY TV AND STEREO. A COUPLE OF FRIENDS OF MINE WORK THERE. I HAD TO BRING MY TV THERE TO THEM TO HAVE IT SERVICED.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED MY LARGE SCREEN TV.

 + -1 moreMY ACTIVE TELEVISION NEEDED A REPAIR SO I WENT TO THIS TV SERVICE WHERE MY FAMILY HAS GONE IN THE PAST ALSO. THEY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT, FOR A REASONABLE PRICE AND HELPFUL TIPS.
Description of Work: MY TV WASN'T WORKING SO I PASSED BY THIS PLACE FOR SOME HELP. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.
