We had a terrible experience. These people are clearly out for themselves, alone. I would never do business with them again.
Description of Work: We purchased a used mobile home through J&M. The condition of the home was misrepresented. They continually pressure us to site the home, but failed to help us do so. Finally, after threats were made, they helped. We spent an additional $3500 to make repairs that the home mover said had to be made before it was moved to its final location. J&M added a hand written note on our contract with the mover that the mover had to be paid in full before the home would be moved. I consider this interference with contract; I would have sued if it had been in my interest, but we had to get the home placed ASAP, and had no choice but to pay and hope for performance. As of this writing, the home has not yet been moved to its final location.

They did a fairly good job. Although they quoted us one percentage rate and it came back a higher rate in the final closing.
