Very disappointing!!!! Bottomline, if your insurance company recommends Infinity, go find your own independent contractor first. My insurance company sent this company out to look at the damage done to my home due to a fire resulting from a failing surge protector. They were here for approximately 15 mins. I asked when they would send me the estimate. They said that they didn't work that way; they would be sending it to the insurance company. Wait a minute! They are supposed to be working for me. Strange. But I went along. Then, when I receive the estimate, which seemed pretty low to me, I realized that they made recommendations for repairs that they could not have been sure needed to happen. For example, they said all of the insulation in the attic needed to be replaced, but they didn't even go into the attic! When I called to ask for more details about the recommendations they made, they told me that they didn't have time after all to do the work. And it occurred to me - this seems strange. This is a company recommended by the insurance company. They did not seem independent to me. All Infinity did for me was add stress to an already stressful situation.
