+ -1 moreI would not hire them based on my two conversations. They are working on the house next door and using my property to access it and are not respectful or responsive.
Description of Work: I spoke with the crew member and also with the owner and they were unpleasant, unresponsive, argumentative and disrespectful. If you are a woman, I'd avoid this outfit or be forewarned that they are arrogant. I would look for a different remodeler.

+ 1 moreChris Hamlin, the owner of Highland Ridge, was without a doubt the best contractor I have ever worked with. The quality of his work was excellent. He is professional and always maintained a sense of calm and humor throughout the project. All his subs and workers were so helpful too. It's not often you end a project without frayed nerves and find everything done correctly. He wasn't the lowest bidder, but was very fair. He came highly recommended, and now I know why. He didn't cut corners, insisted on using licensed subs, and followed codes. He managed the process very well. We wanted a quality job and the results exceeded our expectations.
Description of Work: We remodeled a master bedroom and bath. The bathroom was taken back to studs and all new fixtures and cabinets were installed. We selecteded marble tiles and a marble slab. The bedroom needed a new ceiling and additional lighting. We had new closets built and new hardwood floors installed. Both rooms included upgrades to the electrical system.
