 + -1 moreMark Garry is the owner as well as the roofer. I was very pleased with the short time (3 1/2 days) it took to tear off shakes complete job, with only 3 people. Very polite, clean, & organized.
Description of Work: Installation of new roof, removing old shakes, putting on certain teed presidential.

 + -1 moreI have used Mark several times over several years for various roofing projects. As with this job, he has always shown up when he said he would, fixed the problem for the price as agreed on. Always professional & knowledgeable. I will be using him again on another property in the near future.
Description of Work: I had Mark Garry dismantle my wood stove chimney, repair the holes in the sub roof & roof & replace the hard to find metal shingles.

 + -1 moreIT WAS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF THIS GUY. PERHAPS BECAUSE HE IS VERY BUSY. BUT I WAS PERSISTENT. HE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH US WHILE WE DITHERED OVER WHETHER TO USE COMPOSITION VS CEDAR AND SUPPLIED SEVERAL BIDS FOR DIFFERENT OPTIONS. THE WORK WAS DONE DURING THE HOTTEST WEEKS OF THE SUMMER SO MY JOB WAS INTERSPERSED WITH OTHERS THAT WERE SHADIER DURING THE PEAK HOURS OF THE DAY. THE PROGRESS OF THE WORK WAS NOT AN ISSUE AND WAS FINISHED WITHIN 3 WEEKS. THERE WERE JUST 2 WORKERS (ONE BEING THE COMPANY OWNER) AND THEY WERE QUIET, TIDY, AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR DEBRIS DAILY. THEIR MATERIAL DELIVERY MAN SPREAD A TARP ON THE DRIVEWAY SO AS NOT TO LEAK ANY FLUIDS FROM HIS TRUCK. I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY CLAMBERED FEARLESSLY AROUND THE ROOF WITHOUT SPIKES OR ROPES! THE RESULT IS VERY GOOD LOOKING.
Description of Work: MY OLD CEDAR ROOF WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH HIGH-END 3/4'' CEDAR SHAKES. I HAVE A LARGE (36SQ), STEEP, HIPPED ROOF WHICH MADE THE WORK MORE DIFFICULT.
