Description of Work: Tri County installed AC and an air filtration unit (CleanEffects). It was uncommonly warm this spring and everyone's schedule was really booked out. The sales guy put our install on the schedule before we'd made a decision and finalized the proposal. This was a nice touch. The installers came a day ahead of schedule and the install went fine. Price was a bit higher than other bids but not much and they seemed to offer the best overall package. Time will tell if I need service whether or not they hold true to these promises.

Description of Work: The first repairman missed the appointment window by 6 hours and while he did get the furnace up and running, he missed the real reason why the high temp sensor failed. The furnace broke down again a week and a half later. The second repairman was able to diagnose the real problem and replaced the failed part.
