Annual service agreement. They are excellent. I got them off Angie's List, they come about every 6 months.

Everything was done really well. First, the sales rep did an excellent job of presenting their product and service and answered all our questions. Second, the front office was friendly and efficient in scheduling the various services needed to complete our installation. No matter who I talked with on the phone they quickly got me connected to the right person. They're also very quick to call back with information. Third, and most importantly, the installers were absolutely excellent. They were quick, efficient and extremely neat. Our furnace, air conditioner and new thermostat work perfectly. We have already scheduled First Call for duct cleaning service and would highly recommend them for HVAC services to anyone. We couldn't be more pleased with their work and they were reasonably priced in our opinion.

We have a very good experience with them. We have used them since we moved into this house 15 years ago to maintain our furnace, so when we were ready to upgrade and get A/C that's who we called. We've just been very satisfied. They're very dependable and professional.

They were referred by friends. We had to get a new furnace so they?were here multiple?times to find a creative solution to lengthen the exhaust pipe so that it would be quieter. It was a project they did after they installed the furnace. Because of the installation the charges for this was included in the installation. I can't even?count how many times they came out. First it was just?a service call which turned into them thinking it was one part and that they could repair my furnace and get me a couple of more years out of it. The very next day that did not work. They applied what I had already spent towards a new furnace. They came out multiple to list times to listen to how loud the exhaust part of the furnace was. It is not pretty but the sound and quality is better. The livability of our house is definitely better. Everybody that came out was super-polite and gracious. Everyone of them said they would get it right for me. I felt like their price?was very competitive..I didn't really shop?it around to different people because it was cold and I needed a furnace. Since they were already crediting me towards what didn't work they were really gracious about crediting me for that. They wound up having to install all this extra pipe and they painted it. Every time they came they were on time; I never had to wait for them and they came a lot.

If I was going to downgrade anything it might be on the installation, and it might not have made any difference, but the first time they put it in they did not add enough connecting pipes so it was really loud which necessitated them coming out several times. They came out two more times to add more length to the pipe to make it quieter. They kept after it and were super-pleasant to work with. Even if they would have had enough of the connecting pipe it still would have been too loud. It is where the furnace is located in my house and the exhaust is located right below my bedroom window so it needs to be quiet for my husband.

Mixed. I was very happy to have someone come the day after Thanksgiving, but the service call turned out to be a bust. Technician advised that I needed a replacement control board, but he wouldn't know if one was available until Monday since parts supplier was closed. As it was Thanksgiving weekend, I ordered one online to be sure I could have it replaced Monday morning. It was also hundreds of $$ less. However, it turned out the board was OK - transformer was out. I replaced that part myself.

Just one guy. He was very cordial, respectful. Made some recommendations. That sort of things.

It's been good. We were having issues with it but they seemed to have resolved it. It seemed like a bigger problem so we decided to call them out.

Everything went very smooth. They arrived on time, first were the Air Vent Cleaners, Jaime and Harold. Absolute all stars! They came in looked at all of the vents, helped me move a piece of furniture to gain access to a half covered return and explained everything that was about to happen. Then they went to town, had some great conversation and all went as easy as can be. They even showed me the before and after pictures of the vents which was pretty cool to see. As they were getting ready to leave, Corey and Dustin showed up to service the AC and Furnace. The timing was so perfect they all said hi and goodbye in my driveway. It was almost as if they said "tag, your turn." The service guys were also all stars. Explained everything that was going on, I had some questions about possible accessories/upgrades and they explained what was available. Over all, everything went perfect and I enjoyed there professionalism throughout the day. Highly recommend this group of service men!

Excellent. The main workers, Joe and Adrian finished a little early, and I was able to have heat for the first time in a couple of weeks. They answered my questions thoroughly and gave me updated info as needed. First Call was able to get my installation moved forward after a cancellation on another install after Northwest Natural installed a gas line to my home earlier than expected. The First Call crew also left the furnace room in a cleaner state than they found it.

Service tech, Brian, was smart eleky and defensive. We were done. This co. Is too big to care about their customers.

It was the same day that I called, they were professional. They were great.

We've used them exclusively for about 25 years now. I would highly recommend them. They come once a year to service our system. It's a matter of comfort to have them come in and open up your furnace and go thru everything and make sure it's all in working order. If it needs anything they're gonna tell you. The same thing for the air conditioner, so that when it comes time to turn it on it's gonna be ready to go. I can't make any improvements. I am very happy with them. It would be great if it was a hundred dollars but you know. When you sign up for service with them like that, the main reason I did this is because then if you have a problem, you are their priority. If everything goes bad on you, you will be on the top of their list instead of the bottom.

We were very pleased, obviously very pleased. It was a very full day job, maybe even a day and a half. I liked the professionalism, they worked hard, it was dirty work. And now we have a brand new furnace and air conditioner and it's that peace of mind effort. We recommend them to any of our friends that are considering, because they are so good. And when we recommend them to our friends they come to us and say oh I am so glad we used them. Their reputation really is good.

They did a beautiful job. Five people came out to complete the service. It took two days for the work to be completed. Besides the fact that when they had to make new holes in the roof, they kept it is so I didn't get rain and debris inside the attic, they cleaned up everything beautifully, you would never even know that they were there. The instructions that they gave for running the furnace and the things that they had done were really good. They have a huge booklet that comes with this furnace and in very short order, really let us know what we really needed to know about the furnace.

They're wonderful. I have used them for years and they have always been excellent. They are efficient and know what they are doing. Nothing could be done to improve their service and that's why I stay with them.

I would give them A's all the way. The whole service was good. I liked everything. I had the same technician that I had asked for.

great! We didn't have to buy a new furnace...

We've had them for almost 20 years. We've never had anybody else. We would definitely use them in the future.

We did not compare with the price. We’ve been with them for 35 years so we did not compare. I would suspect that they probably are in the ballpark. We really don’t even considering calling somebody else. This last installation, everything was brand new, hi-tech and we had some problems and they were able to resolve it.

I had a new Trane heat-pump heating and cooling system installed today and I could not be happier with the service. Estimator Steve Erickson is a real pro and installation only two days after estimate went perfectly by Joe G., Victor, Abel and Nathan M. My house was left in pristine shape and I couldn't be happier. Even though First Call is across town, I chose them because the efficiently handled service issues in the past when businesses closer could not handle the problem.

I like them a lot. They did a thorough job. He was here a while. The workers are very friendly. They had send out a notice in the mail with a discount code for heating or ac repair, when I called they gave me the discount on both. I was very happy with the work they did and I would recommend them.

We paid for an initial tune up right after we purchased the house. The boiler continued to have some small problems. First call returned at no cost until the boiler functioned perfectly. These are good people.

When I bought this house, they came out and they did the duct cleaning. They maintain my furnace ever since and we added the air conditioner. They did what they said they would and they didn't leave a mess behind.

We were unable to get them to do the service. They didn't even offer a higher service charge, just a no, we don't service that area anymore. Very disappointed. We have no problem getting them to deliver oil with a mileage charge, they just won't send a technician to do the work anymore. Very poor business model.
