Elizabeth Ann 's estate sales is a family owned business since 1987. We are licensed and bonded, hold a Federal firearms licenses and have impeccable references. We except all major credit cards and debit. Our clients list us as the the number one estate sale company in the Northwest.

Our business is to liquidate entire personnel estates. When one has passed away or the family needs to downsize we are the all in one company. We liquidate high end estates as well as average households including automobiles, RV's, farm equipment. We liquidate firearms collections, fine jewelry, and sterling silver with the highest returns for our clients. We offer a free in home consultation with no pressure. We offer professional service and pay within three days of your estate sale.

Had used them before for two different small services and they were fine. When I called again and asked where they were (we had a scheduled appointment) she said they were sick and had left a message on our machine. This was not TRUE. She said they would call next week and come over--they never called. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

It is true that I had an appointment with the [member name removed], I was sick and I did phone and leave a message. [member name removed] returned my call, she stated that she had things laying on her dinning room table waiting for me to see. [membe name removed] was upset that I could not come, her tone of voice clearly let me know that it did not matter to her that I was sick. I had liquidated a coin collection for the [member name removed] prior to this occasion and had no issues. On this occasion [member name removed] showed a different side of her personality, I choose not to work with a person that has little to no consideration for another human being. My business is built on honesty and understanding, I have worked hard for that recommendation, it is unfortunate that [member name removed] feels the need to write what she did especially after checking a long list of references that I not only provided but insisted she call. I feel that [member name removed] complaint is unfounded and unfair as she did not complain about the work that I did for her only the work that I refused to do because of her lack of understanding.
