I had them do a remodel for me before and from that point forward it's been the same kind of treatment. He was very patient with me, he explained things to me, he showed me what they did and what they were going to do. He was never condescending because I'm a woman. They were always here when they said they were going to be here, and if for some reason, like if it rained too hard, they couldn't make it on time they would call and let me know. I never had any questions on whether it was going to work or what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were always just more than willing and they were very friendly. They knew I was living here through that so they made it as comfortable for me as they could. It was just a very good experience. I'm just very extremely pleased and happy with them. And when it was over, they cleaned up and they replanted my yard. They did not leave me with a mess which I really appreciated.

He is very reliable and dependable. He is very fairly priced for the quality of work. He follow-through on everything he does.

Although I had to move my bed into the kitchen for longer than expected this whole remodel and firming up my house has been a great experience. I now have a beautiful new bedroom and living room. I love all the space I have and am looking forward to redecorating. Bill Crosse and his crew were great. Not only did they do a fantastic job they took the time to explain things to me as we went along. I came home from work and Bill would fill me in on what was accomplished that day. When the changes came up he communicated the what's and why's to me in a straightforward manner. Being a woman I was very pleased that they talked to me as if they knew I could understand - in other words they didn't try to talk me in to anything or 'oversell' me on something. They asked if I wanted to do a certain thing that would put me out of budget; I asked if it was a safety issue and I said No. The response was 'your the boss'. Bill kept me up to date on what was happening every day - if for some reason they were going to be late, he called; when it snowed, he called. The length of time it took to finish the job was very acceptable - we started in mid-Jan and finished early April. Not bad considering all the rainy days. When they finished building, they painted the new siding matching color perfectly, new windows washed inside and out, yard cleaned up and lawn seed spread. I live in a walking neighborhood and the walkers came by everyday to watch the progress - now they come by and tell me how great my house looks. Needless to say I am VERY pleased with my new house and will definitely call Crosse Services next time I have a remodeling or building project.
