+ -1 moreNo complaints. The serviceman changes the router from the one I bought and was having trouble with to one of theirs. They now cover any service calls I might have without charge. I try to deal with local businesses and find it works very well. My husband has Comcast for his TV. I refuse to deal with them because it involves long and VERY long time spent on the phone. When I call Clear Creek I quickly talk to a tech if that is what I need. They are always polite and most helpful. They will answer any questions and teach me when they come out on a service call.
Description of Work: I have telephone and internet service. This includes a router because I use my laptop as well as desktop.

+ -1 moreIT IS A SMALL COMPANY IN OREGON CITY, SO YOU DON'T ALWAYS HAVE ALL THE AMENITIES THAT YOU DO WITH A LARGER COMPANY. THERE IS ONLY ONE GUY IN THE OFFICE THAT COULD DO IT, SO THERE WAS A TIMING ISSUE. SOMETIMES YOU CALL, AND YOU CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THE GUY WHO DOES THE REPAIR, BUT ONCE WE GOT A HOLD OF THE GUY, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I CAN USE MY COMPUTER, AND THAT'S ALL I CARED ABOUT.
Description of Work: WE HAD A VIRUS, SO THEY HAD TO COME IN AND TAKE CARE OF THAT.
