 + -1 moreInitial thought the motor had gone out (again) after being replaced 8 years prior. However upon diagnosing the situation Chuck's discovered that the motherboard actually needed to be replaced and the motor was operating properly. It took a couple days to acquire a new motherboard as the furnace model was getting outdated (nearly 20 year old model), but once arrived they were back and had heat back on the house. Total duration was less than one week from initial contact to full replacement (including spanning a weekend).
Description of Work: Furnace motherboard was replaced.
