Byers Septic Tank Service

This was the first time I had my septic tank pumped since I bought the house. The technician as well as the owner, Paul was prompt, professional, and took time to answer any questions I had. I would definitely use Byers Septic Tank Service again.

They were on time and very professional. I thought they were very honest and they didn't overcharge me. They were very friendly and nice guys.

This is the second time in about seven years that we have used Byers Septic Tank Service. We were very satisfied with the work performed and would highly recommend Byers to others.

Paul was a great technician. Arrived and explained the process and procedures. Reviewed and explained equipment, and condition. Made several recommendations for the future. Friendly, professional and knowledgable. Would hire again. HIghly recommend.

Great response time and professional work. Most impressive was how fast they were able to respond.

I dug out the access to the tank beforehand to avoid the $100 digging fee. Paul arrived and promptly opened the tank, ran the pipe from the truck, and pumped it empty. He determined the tank was functioning properly, apparently from the levels of sludge and water in the tank. The total time took about 30 minutes

It went excellent. He was really quite good and was attentive. We had no problems communicating, was thorough, and did his work. He cleaned up after he got done. His communication skills are quite good. He is a great listener and asks questions. His work was very thorough. I will use him again and again.

Originally called to simply pump the tank, but damage soon became evident (collapsed distribution box, leaking tank, broken down drains). They gave me an estimate of the probable cost and after shopping around some, I selected them. Both Dustin and Paul were professional from the beginning to end. They worked to spare my plantings and my garden from damage. They left the site in good shape (considering it's February) - everything picked up and restored as much as possible to original condition. The estimate was the final cost - no surprises. They answered my questions and were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I would hire them again in a minute!

Called Paul at Byers Septic tank service on tuesday the10th. He asked me a few questions about the tank and we decided that it was probably time to pump it out. Paul and Dustin came out on the day we had decided which was 4/13/2012 in the morning. They took the lid off and I had called them just in time. What a relief, afterall it was Friday the 13th. They pumped the tank and cleaned up. It didn't look like they had ever been there. I would give them an A+ if it were in the ratings. Can't wait till next time. Great Guys!!!!

The young man, who provided the service, was very good to contact me about a time. Called to ask if he could postpone until the next morning. Evidently very busy...company was hired to provide septic service to three local schools and a few trailer parks. The area to the septic tank is not easily accessable and he worked with me to decide on the best access with the least amount of possible damage. He was extremely efficient, cleaned up the area when he was through..careful not to keep sewage contained and not spilling on the ground. Appeared to be very honest. This company also provides service for sewer pumps. Our septic pump is brass but was installed approximately 30 yrs ago. I've been concerned about whether it was still working. He confirmed that it was. I've hired this company in the past (10+ yrs ago) to pump our septic tank. Was very satisfied at that time also. The and quot;receptionistand quot; can sound a bit rude at first and quoted a higher price ($400-$450) probably based on the sketchy information I gave her about the size of our septic tank. Don't judge the company by that. Perservere...well worth it.

Unbelievably professional, prompt and courteous service. Especially given the fact that one of their competitors showed up the day before and refused to pump my septic tank!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Byers to anyone needing septic services.

Professional and personable service with informative homeowner problem areas and maintenence tips. I was given a pre-arrival phonecall to advise truck en-route.

We are grateful for their responsivness, strength and cleanliness. We put out a tarp so they could keep the grass and soil contained to protect the surrounding lawn. They obviously knew what they were doing and were very efficient.

They were very good. They came when they said they would and got the job done. They did not make a mess.

I called them on a Friday morning and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. I had the 4 ft. deep tank exposed by another company suggested by Byers (Oregon Wastewater Services). Paul Ficher at Byers was able to work me in early and I had the whole job done in less than 4 hours, excavation and all.

They came out a couple of days after I called them. No problems - very punctual and pleasant - considering the crappy job they have to do!

Project went very well. The operator was efficient and friendly.

Arrived on time. Completed service expeditiously. Asked them to return to start process of putting in a new drain field (present system is 60 years old). Did not understand the significant permit and regulatory issues, so I sent them home to give me a chance to study my options in more detail. Did not charge me for this wasted trip that included hauling a backhoe to my property. I am located a few miles away from their business.

I called Byer's at 4 pm in the afternoon to schedule an appointment and they were able to come the next morning. Paul and his co-worker were professional and courteous and had the job done in no time. Overall, they did a great job!

The truck arrived within the promised time frame. He had to search for the lid of the tank, poking through the rock-hard dirt, but found it eventually and dug it up. He was considerate of driving the big truck on our paved driveway and disrupted the yard, as little as possible. All in all, a positive experience.

The company called before coming to our house and provided the time that they would arrive to perform the work. Two workers arrived on time, did a profession job and provided some good tips on managing the septic tank in the future regarding what type of items should go into the tank. I would definitely recommend this company to others who need their septic tank pumped out.

The overall experience was OK, but they were three hours late which forced me to miss another scheduled appointment. They were unable to give an estimate of when to expect the workers.

THEY WERE NEAT PEOPLE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
